This is such a special place! Best coffee and absolute best from-scratch pastries in the Garden District. Plus, the staff are amazing, and there is no better place for people watching, as it is a hub for both locals and out of towners. Really lovely place. Be sure to check out the adjacent book shop when you visit. There is a full program of events between the two, and always something interesting going on.

Came here to get coffee and some food with a party of 6. We were told we had to walk around the corner to their “pop up” and buy tickets for what we want and walk back. Really! A joke. Needless to say we walked away. Right they also charge $2 for the bathroom even if you buy food.

Charming coffee house nestled in the garden district. Our lattes were perfect. The cheddar scone had a nice flavor but was cold and a bit stale.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options with breads and sandwichesWheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp from sidewalk to the front door. Tables easily accommodate a W/C

My Chicken Salad Sandwich was disappointing. It was barely seasoned. I won't go back,

I stopped at The Chicory House for chai tea and decided to try their breakfast sandwich. The chai tea and sandwich were pretty good. This coffee house is such a cute place with a cozy ambiance and a welcoming aroma of freshly brewed coffee. The menu offers a diverse range of coffee and food options. The comfortable seating makes it an ideal spot for both work and relaxation. It is a must-visit for coffee enthusiasts seeking a charming atmosphere and a good caffeine fix.

Very unfriendly woman working the counter today. I almost left but I ordered a latte instead. It was not nearly as good as where I usually get my espresso.
