Really great staff and extremely fresh and delicious ingredients. Breakfast smoked salmon dish was really, really good.
Brought my family here and it was a complete success! They have pescatarian, vegan, & gluten free options of all healthy and extra delicious food! My fav was the açaí bowl and the morning bowl! Must try in

I’ve been eating here religiously for almost 2 years and the food and vibe and service is wonderful all around. I had someone staring at me through the window before a workout at F45 and the girl working the register brought it to my attention that I shouldn't leave. She walked me to my workout when it was time and I am still so appreciative. I go here at least 2 times a week after my workouts.

Beautiful staff, such a cool place to hang out at.
ps: try their protein balls, they survived a whole drive to Alabama and enjoyed by a redneck as a gift!

Everything here is so delicious and healthy. My body feels like it’s been fueled up by the entirety of my ancestry, ready to run marathons and sweat pure liquid gold. Staff is super kind and super chill. They take such good care of everybody in the neighborhood.

Go often. Eating plant based meals and the food is good. It is cold, but remembered to wear long sleeves this time. I enjoy the avocado toast, but now get the tofu breakfast burrito. The coffee with oat milk is great. I love the energy balls!
Parking: Not many options. I’m on walker so usually park illegally on the corner. So far, so good on Sundays before 10am.

Much like the F45 next door, this space is huge. Giant ceilings and cool seating and a cute tomato plant in the corner (which you are not allowed to pick, according to their sign, but I wasn’t planning on it, but then I kind of wanted to after seeing the sign…I digress)
Great salads, juices and energy balls. Good healthy eats in New Orleans. Very happy with how filling and healthy I felt after consumption. 2 thumbs up ??

This place is SO delicious! I wish they had one where I live! The workers were friendly & kind. We visited a couple of times. We had some of their juice, smoothies, and their breakfast burritos are to die for! 10/10 would recommend!
