I have not been to the bar in almost twenty years, but it's a great place to park when you want to walk around the quarter. There's always people there and lots of eyes. My back window was broken so I parked here.

Mixed on this place. I’m not privy to the names of the bartenders, however the bald guy that works late night is a little rough around the edges but typically fun and enjoyable to talk to. The big guy that seems to be a manager possibly owner is a giant unfriendly DB. Last week sitting at the bar, it took 10 minutes for the DB to acknowledge I wanted a drink yet other customers walked in after me were served promptly with a smile. When he comes to me I get a stoic look of unwelcomeness, I get the message.
We made a quick stop at this bar. This place is a little off the main streets, on the shore of tha Frenchman street area. It seems like a place for the locals. Service was good and the bar tender was a little more serious than friendly but it was ok.
