I went here for a birthday party. We had the lounge to ourselves from 5pm-8pm, and food was included. There was pasta, sandwiches, spinach dip, salad, chicken wings, and shrimp and grits. The food was only for the private event. The drinks are expensive. A lemon drop was $13. The indoor lounge area is small, but the outside courtyard area is quite spacious. There is no parking, so you will have to park on the street. There was hookah, but I didn't partake. The DJ was not good. He was playing songs from 2014, and the song choice wasn't the best. That night was afrobeats night, and still, when it switched to afrobeats... it wasn't great. I stayed from 5pm-10pm and it never got crowded. Most people were age 30+.

Had a girls night here and the vibe was great, the music was on point, and the art work was amazing!! Just wish there was food but other than that definitely would go back!

Great drinks and great staff!
I tried the strawberry long island first since long island is my usual drink and it was SO good! Then I had a lavender lemon drop and it was amazing too! A nice touch of lavender unlike other drinks Ive tried.
There were two reading events happening in the court yard area so I will be sure to check if events are happening the night I plan to attend but overall a great experience and I'll definitely be back.

This place has a lot of potential. It’s a cute space and lovely outdoor area. I came for taco Tuesday and was excited to try everything. We tipped like we normally would until we realized they were adding an 18% fee already on top of 1 drink. The music was insanely loud. You couldn’t even hold a conversation to the person next to you. The food was ok, but we could have gotten better food elsewhere.

DONT COME IF YOUR WHITE!!!! The bartenders will ignore you all night. Everyone else got drinks and service. I’m white, love supporting black owned businesses. It’s difficult at this one bc they clearly don’t want us there, or we’d be able to order a drink like everyone else.

I’m sorry, I really wanted to like this place. I celebrated my birthday tonight and it did not live up to my expectations, the atmosphere is nice but the service is terrible. I paid $250 for a small section with zero service. No one came to check on us. Not to mention, communication with the owner, Rich, is horrible. He asked if I wanted food and I told him yes, even gave him the type of food that I wanted, and when me and my guest arrived there was no food, except $35 oysters! We had to leave to get food. We wanted to party all night but the DJ was a waste! I wouldn’t say not to visit because again the atmosphere is a vibe, I’m just saying they could do better far as customer service.
