Incredibly disappointed. Have come here for years. The environment has changed to a low end club from an Irish pub. They are out of most of whiskeys they promote and the food is weird at best. The bartenders are clueless to even basic Irish pub beer pours.

Bruh, lemme tell you a little something about a wee bartender nicknamed the mad dog. She lit our service up. Laughing, smiling, serving up damn good drinks, good little bits of wisdom, and just an overall awesome demeanor. She’s a national treasure of bartending and she must be protected like Yosemite or the Declaration of Independence. Mark my words, you won’t have a bad day drink at the holy ground when the mad dog be working. Foods good too. Chef Lu knows what he’s doing. Shots up yall.

Maddie is the best bartender in the city. I absolutely love coming up here and having a beer and a shot ready before I can even say hello. Great local bar, with amazing staff and somewhat questionable but fun people.

The **Holy Ground Irish Pub** in New Orleans is an absolute highlight for anyone looking for an authentic Irish pub atmosphere. As soon as you enter, you can feel the cozy and inviting atmosphere, which is enhanced by the rustic furnishings and the friendly staff. The selection of beers and whiskeys is excellent, and you can get real Irish classics like Guinness on tap. The prices are fair, and the relaxed atmosphere invites you to spend the evening in good company. The live music evenings are particularly an experience – perfect for a relaxed evening with friends.

The food was excellent but not Irish. The bar was lively, but no Irish music to found. The service was very friendly. The whole experience was a bit confusing but not unknowable.
