The Lighthouse Bar & Grill Reviews
Used to go here frequently. Stayed in the rental units and in the marina. Went back recently and staff was exceptionally rude (pool manager). Ran about 50 patrons out at lunchtime. Won't be returning.
Our dinner was delicious and the waitstaff was kind and attentive. The garlic fries are very good, and the shrimp po boys were great!
The shrimp Po’Boy was awesome.

The Lighthouse Bar & Grill offers a mixed dining experience with a nice outdoor patio and an indoor area that can be uncomfortably cold, as the air conditioning is reportedly turned down. The food quality has received varied reviews; while the wings are praised, the Caesar salad is often described as overdressed, and the swamp balls (fried gator bites) can be mushy and lacking in flavor. However, the bread pudding is highlighted as a standout dessert. The atmosphere is neat, with a great view overlooking the boat dock, and it is noted as being child-friendly, featuring a game room with pool tables and games projected for family fun. The restaurant is recognized for its excellent and fresh food, with dishes like shrimp Po-Boys, boudin balls, and hush puppies receiving positive remarks. Prices are reasonable, and the staff is described as very friendly and attentive, making it a good spot for families. Live music is often featured at the lower level, enhancing the dining experience. While some reviews mention that service can be slow as meals are cooked to order, the overall experience at The Lighthouse Bar & Grill is seen as enjoyable and worth the wait.
