We stopped in to have a drink and a light bite. Our waitress was also the bartender, she told us to sit where we wish so we chose a table inside but by the patio area. There were two other couples dining there at the time as it was after lunch but before happy hour. After a few minutes she came by with a menu and asked us if we wanted to start with a drink. Since we just got the menu we asked for a few minutes to see what they had before making a decision. She came back 15 minutes later to take our order. We had the swamp balls (including fried gator bites) which were mushy and not particularly flavorful. It is a neat atmosphere, it wasn’t a great day but I imagine sitting on the patio on a nice day would be phenomenal. The price was very reasonable, for two drinks and an appetizer it was less than $25.Parking: Plenty of free parking.Kid-friendliness: Very child friendly, including a game room off the dining area.

Went there before Katt Williams Comedy Show. Had a light snack before the show. Ordered Boudian Balls, Party Sandwiches, and Salad, for the table. The place is on the waterfront with great views & ample parking for everyone, especially handicapped. All was delicious. Our waitress was knowledgeable and friendly.

Such good food and great service. The crab cakes were sooo good. I am normally not a fan of hush puppies but they were delicious and sweet.Kid-friendliness: The kids menu had a hamburger that was the perfect size and the kiddo loved.

Very little in that area. Found it via a Google search and since it wasn't far from our motel, we gave it a try.No disappointment whatsoever!

The food was pretty good. I enjoyed the bartenders and the atmosphere. It was very convenient that it was located on the property we stayed on. I really enjoyed the restaurant.

There's nothing exquisite about the menu/food but it was a nice quiet and ducked off space on the water. The waitress was nice and let us know about karaoke night, live music they're trying to incorporate on Friday nights and random information since it was our first time there. I ate the shrimp quesadillas which were good and my friend had a chicken ceasar salad. I also had the Pontchartrain punch which was very good. I'd definitely come back and try something else. The smoked wings smelled good. I'll be back to try them.

Worst service ever. Waitress throw order to go in my wife face. Also waitress forgot all appetizers we ordered. Acting aggressive after. Ruin our Christmas eve. My little kids ask me never come back to that place. Thanks Louisiana we drove 7 hours to see this. By the way if you want real gumbo never order

Me and my partner are traveling to NOLA from Arkansas and this was the perect meal to start off our NOLA vacation. I decided to go with the shrimp po boy, and my boyfriend ordered the cold cut sandwich. The po boy was phenomenal. It was stuffed to the BRIM and that's how I heard every po boy should be. The only thing I wish about the sandwich was more seasoning, the shrimp at times tasted bland. The restaurant was right next to the water, so it was good view to see once we were finished. There was sports playing on every screen so it was great entertainment(the Pelicans won). We were the only ones dining besides another group so the restaurant wasn't too crowded. Great experience!

Every bite of food is excellent at The Lighthouse Bar & Grill! Service is a little slow as they cook everything to order. If you're not in a hurry and have kids or teens with you THIS is the place to come! Huge TVs, games projected for family fun, and a game room will make your experience more than just a good meal.Kid-friendliness: Game room with pool table, ping pong, projected games bigger than life, and more.

We were there during the week and it was pretty quiet. It was seat yourself which was fine. One lady Kenicia was working behind the bar greeted us and was pleasant. We looked over the menu and returned to the bar to order. We ordered a Margarita and a Bloody Mary both drinks were awesome. I loved my Margarita it wasn't overbearing like some made with sweet mix. Instead it was light and had the right amount of tequila. I ordered two. My hubby had the Bloody Mary and joked with Kenicia that it was kicking his ass lol We also ordered fried pickles, boudin balls , and crab cakes. All the food was good. We would definitely recommend and go back. Kuddos to her for handling the bar and the service she did a great job
