Worst experience. I wish I could rate 0 stars. Complete wrong order and they tell me to go somewhere else.

This was the worst food I have had. The pasta was so overcooked it turned to mush. There was zero sauce on the pasta just plain noodles in a box. The pizza wasn’t fully cooked it was completely inedible.

I placed an order on DoorDash for Italian Pie on 417 N Rampart Street. I ordered seafood lasagna along with the spinach and artichoke dip with the signature cheese cake for dessert. I received cannoli instead. The order totaled $62.73. I didn’t open my order until after the driver left. I called the restaurant and was told by the manager, Ms Debbie said that there was nothing they could do about correcting the order because I did not live in the area. This is the purpose of delivery and why I paid for extra cost. How very inconsiderate of this business to refuse to correct their mistake. Mistakes happen but when companies refuse to correct their mistake, this is unacceptable. When I ask to speak to the manager or owner, I was told that her son owned the business and she was the manager. She told me my only resolution was to contact DoorDash, but DoorDash didn’t put the order together. How very unfair. Don’t order from this restaurant if don’t mind What they send in your order. She didn’t order a resolution, but I will notify my bank that I placed an order and didn’t get what I paid for. This is fraud. The $5.99 May not matter to you, but I am a senior citizen who just had surgery and my money matters to me.

Ordered food through UberEats with them. 40 minutes after the estimated arrival time it still didn't show up. Tried calling and kept getting voicemail which I left. No call back. Canceled my order

Terrible business. I ordered through Grubhub and it says they prepared the food and it would be “arriving soon”. Waited until it was an hour late. Because they deliver their own orders through GH, GH can’t help with customer service and directs you to call them. Called the restaurant, and they said they weren’t fulfilling my order and that I’d need to have GH issue a refund. Can’t cancel my order for a refund anymore because the restaurant marked that they had already started preparing the order on their end. The restaurant put me on hold like they were gonna help but then hung up and won’t answer anymore. I’m now out $80+ which includes a 20% tip and can’t get a refund for food I never got. There are lots of great restaurants in New Orleans who will actually give you food when you when you pay them for it. Stay away from this place.

On vacation and we saw several reviews on how good the pizza was...the reviews were right. This borders on NY style pizza. Taste great and reheats just as well. We went 2 times while here in NOLA. The staff was fun and chatty.
We'll be back when we come back to NOLA.

I placed an order at 12:18 AM with an estimated delivery of 12:48 AM while staying at the Westin, which had recommended this pizza place. I called the store at 1:08 AM and was told the delivery would be arriving shortly. By 1:28 AM, the order still had not arrived, and when I tried calling back, the store did not answer. As I write this, it is 1:42 AM, and there has still been no communication and no order what a rip-off. My family ended up falling asleep waiting, and this experience was extremely disappointing. I hope future guests do not waste their time and money in the same way. I gave 1 star because I could not leave it at zero!

I haven't been in forever, I use to go to the in the east and I would get a shrimp pizza... glad I came to this one.
