The food was good. There's a southern twist to pretty much all the dishes which is pretty cool. There's an upcharge for any sides like bacon or eggs so read everything carefully as many if the dishes don't include everything. The service was not that great. The waitress wasn't very helpful. We never received one of the sets of silverware and needed to get up and get it ourselves. There was no refresh on coffee, water, or drinks. The waitress checked in with us once. We had to ask the bartender to find our waiter for the check. The place is clean, pretty and there's a lot of space. It's a shame because it would have probably been a more pleasant visit if the service was better.

Dietary restrictions: A lot of the dishes contained cream. It was easy to ask for none of the sauce on some dishes. Be sure to ask about dietary restrictions.

The food was tasty and healthy (and a bit overpriced). Service was sometimes too laid back, but it wasn't that bad - much worse is that when you are there shortly before closing time, they will clean up very loudly, which can spoil the atmosphere (to put it mildly).

We tried going to about 2-3 locations but they all had ppl standing outside waiting to be seated so we found a location that didn't. I HOPE I'M LEAVING THE REVIEW FOR THAT ONE. Upon entering I could see they were in FULL pride mode. The guy that was our server was nice and knowledgeable of the menu. I got the white chocolate bread pudding pancakes and a side of bacon. My buddy got fried green tomatoes and french toast bites. She tasted my pancakes and said they tasted just like the bites. My food was delicious. I wasn't able to finish it but it was yummy.

It's a chain and thus feels like it. The food is meh. Service is reliable but understaffed. Some of the dishes were "meh". But there's always a table available when others had longish lines.

Excellent service, a spotless restaurant, and my kids loved their pancakes. However, my omelet was burnt, and the buttermilk biscuit was tasty but cold in the center. I would visit again, but I would return my eggs if they are burnt.

I love the Ruby Slipper! I've been to this location several times but none of the other locations. My wife has been to several locations; and the one in the French Quarter is her favorite, but she likes this location a lot too.

They have an extensive menu, and you can't go wrong with any of it. But, if you are looking for a recommendation: I would suggest the Peacemaker. The Peacemaker is mixing and matching any two of their variations on Eggs Benedict. My two favorites are probably Chicken St. Charles and Eggs Cochon. I should also mention their Award Winning Bloody Mary is excellent. Oh, and my wife likes the Mimosa Flight.

Service is friendly and professional. Decor is cheery. Prices are reasonable.

If you happen to be looking for a great breakfast and a relaxed vibe, I recommend the Ruby Slipper!

We waited host like 5 mins at the door and restaurant was not busy they were had only 3 tables. After that host take us to dirty table and she throw the crumbs to floor. Table was broken and ground was sticky. We want to chenge the table but they refused. Food was not that bad but i guess i can’t judge the food fairly because of rude host lady.

Interesting selection of New Orleans themed
Breakfast food, which tasted ok, not great. They got 3 out of 4 food orders correct, party of 4. Waitress was slow to refill our coffee, as she was too busy watching tv. Won’t be returning to this restaurant.

I typically enjoy the food and customer service at Ruby Slipper, however this location lacks quality food (cold, bad presentation) and customer service (rushed, lack of communication). Our server showed lack of concern and was persistent on having us leave after we complained about a dish she recommended . I was told the manager was too busy to speak with us as well. As a warning, do not order any food you’re not accustomed to because you will still pay for it. Shout out to the floor lead who at least tried to make sure we had the opportunity to order something else.

Food and coffee were lightly warmed. We would like to get a window seat but was told the section was closed even though I saw people sitting there.

I love the food but Ruby Slipper but this is the worst location. They were pretty empty on the weekday morning we went but the service was still slow. Our drinks tasted watered down. The food was great but everything else was subpar compared to what I have grown to expect from Ruby Slipper.

Service was super slow even though it wasnt very busy. It took 20 minutes to get a drink. Food was not hot- pretty disappointing as I had been wanting to come here for a while.
