Ruby Slipper is quite the popular brunch spot, although I've never had a problem getting seated fairly quickly. The menu is extensive and food is most excellent all around. It's become one of our go-to spots. The champagne flight is also quite refreshing.

A favorite of ours in New Orleans. It’s never too busy that we are waiting long. The mimosas are 99% champagne and 1% juice, not complaining! You can’t miss with the eggs Benedict. A staple to New Orleans culture. Only downside is that this location is always a little sticky floor and surface wise

While we were thankful that there was cloud cover during our walk. But at about 11am, the sun was starting to peer out and it was starting to get hot. Nearby, we saw Ruby Slippers – a restaurant known for their brunch like eggs benedicts and pancakes. But we also saw some summer cocktails that were going for $8. So we stopped by and had their Pineapple Yuzu Margarita and Spiked Watermelon Lemonade for $8 each along with a Smashed Burger that comes with 2 patties ($14). The cocktails were really refreshing and the Margarita had a really heavy pour. The Lemonade could have had more ice but it was delicious as well. As for the Smashed Burger, there were 2 patties which was good and the staff helped us to divide into halves for us to share. The patty was a little salty but we love the cheese and crisps that added to the taste and texture of the burger. A really nice friendly and relaxing vibe here at Ruby Slippers and we could see that it would be packed to the brim over the weekends...

We waited to get seated , no one greeted or say anything for long time . We gave them a thumbs down because this is the worst service I've seen in a long time . These few people on a Friday were so rude and incompetent. Don't go here you will be disappointed the owner should watch camera more often to see your customers walking out the door . The empty place on a Friday at noon tells you something

Wasn't greeted and seated with three tables in whole place at noon on a Friday for 10 minutes . Sign says wait to be seated and everyone ignored us . . Won't return bad service
