We had a reservation for 7pm on 9/26/2024. First, they were out of blood orange margaritas. Then the waitress said they were out of several items on the menu, including filet mignon, chicken, and lemongrass fish. There other things missing but by then we had quit listening and said we would not stay. Very disappointing!

Disappointed with our recent visit. The service was incredibly slow, and our waitress seemed disinterested the entire time. We even had to get up and get our drinks from the bar at one point! While the food itself was delicious, it came out cold, which really put a damper on the experience. Not quite what you'd expect from a steakhouse with this reputation. Definitely not worth the wait or the price.
Service was really slow but once the server came she was very pleasant , it wasn’t busy when we went. But steak was delicious! We will definitely return for dinner soon

Caesars Steakhouse at the New Orleans Casino: Disappointing Experience I recently dined at Caesars Steakhouse in the New Orleans Casino, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The restaurant seemed rundown, with tables in poor condition and an overall lack of ambiance that I expected from a high-class establishment. One of the most off-putting aspects was the napkins, which smelled terrible, like old cooking oil. When I asked for replacements, I was given brown paper towels that looked like they came from a bathroom—hardly what you'd expect at a steakhouse. The restaurant was nearly empty during my visit, which might have been a sign of what was to come. The menu selection was basic and surprisingly expensive. A standard steak was about $70, while a simple dinner salad cost $12-$15. Sides, which also had to be ordered separately, were priced similarly to the salads. There was no option to order a complete meal with all the fixings, which felt like a missed opportunity. Given the price point, I expected a much better experience. I would have much preferred dining at Ruth's Chris for a quality steak, and I found much better dining options in New Orleans at Muriel's and Palace Café. In summary, Caesars Steakhouse did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price. I would not recommend it if you're looking for a high-end dining experience in New Orleans.
We visited Harrahs Casino because we were on a trip. Decided to make a reservation and automatically we got reserved. Food was good. Especially the NY Strip steak. Waitress was exceptionally nice. We will go again whenever we're in town.
Angel and Anthony were amazing. Kind, hardworking and detail oriented. Will definitely go back. Food was amazing. Ribeye cooked to perfection along with Asparagus. Salads are definitely Sharable
Food was delicious, (esp BBQ SHRIMP!) service was amazing, and ambience was charming as well! Decent wine list.

Hate I didn’t get a pic of salads and shrimp cocktail! Everything was delicious with the exception of the Brussels sprouts weren’t quite tender enough but was very flavorful. Steak and drinks were great!

My sister and I had a wonderful dinner at the Steakhouse. The filet was cooked medium rare and tasted like butter. Our wedge salad was delicious with all the extras including shaved boiled eggs. Our stuffed baked potato was not too big as in other steakhouses. It didn't disappoint. Then for desert we had the beignets and the crème Brûlée which we couldn't resist having a taste of each. We couldn't finish them but they were delish! Service was impeccable.
We had the filet mignon and the ribeye steak. They were both decent. The twice baked potato look like it had been baked four times. The brussels sprouts were above average. And the carrot cake dessert was very average. Way over priced for cash. Probably exist only to Service rewards points. Would not last on its own for a week. interior was old and outdated, but it was as clean as it could be given the age. They should offer half price for anybody that pays cash or charge card.
The 8 oz filets were cooked perfectly and had lots of flavor. The twice baked potato was fluffy and flavorful. Had cheesecake for dessert. So good! Service was great. Food came out quickly.
I hate to share this but a terrible meal. The only good thing we had was the ceasar salad, my fish was ok, but my boyfriends $79 steak was absolutely awful, completely gritty and baked twice potato was just split open with cold topping. I couldn't believe they could serve such a terrible cut of meat u wouldn't even get at a low cost chain restaurant. We are not picky but that's bad when you at least expecting decent meal. Waitress Ruby was colorful, helpful. Wow, waited all week for fancy meal, paid over $200 and so disappointed.
