Gulf fish was very good. Service was great! Blue Dog paintings in restaurant were a special treat to see.
Excellent! Delicious heirloom tomato salad, melt-in-your-mouth filet mignon, and creamy crab risotto. We will return!
They made us a Caesar salad with iceberg lettuce. Definitely not acceptable. The steak was quite salty. Hope they fix it. Dined there many times and it was always good
We had four items. Crabmeat Au Gratin Oysters were tasty. Wedge salad was also fresh and tasty. Grilled asparagus was very nice. Filet mignon was just so so. Cold with no taste. Total bill with iced tea and a Coke, plus tip, was $160. We shared everything. I expect the price in the hotel/casino to be more, but the experience overall was unremarkable. Ambiance is dull and boring, and service was slow (but it was 4th of July weekend). Give this one a pass, and maybe look at other steakhouses in the city, or other restaurants in the Caesar's complex.
Fantastic food and service. Darneshia was fantastic and attentive even though she was running her tail off. We had a great experience
We were disappointed in the quality of the stake. The sides, and the service, were all very good.
Food was notably delicious. The New Orleans Creole touch was tasty. Especially enjoyed the oysters.
Called the Steakhouse, but the best food we had was the roasted oysters and lobster tail. Beignets for dessert were also excellent. Our server Shawn was super sweet and attentive, and knew the menu like the back of her hand! My 8 oz filet arrived luke warm and without much seasoning, making the sauce trio important! My husband's 6 0z wagyu strip arrived hot and was much better. Super tender and cooked perfectly medium rare. Definitely skip the crab risotto. Twice baked potato also arrived somewhat lukewarm. Bill just over $400 with tip. Not worth the prices they charge. If you're staying at Caesars I would recommend Nobu instead.
We requested our favorite Server Shawn (you should too) which was a great start to a wonderful evening. Per usual, we took Shawn's recommendations for the specials and main course. We started with the Heirloom Tomato salad special (delish) and had the succulent and perfectly prepared Cane Glazed Pork Chop with Parmesan Gnocchi and Bacon Braised Collards with Mustard Seed for the main course. The outstanding service and fabulous menu never disappoint. Reservations highly recommended.....enjoy!
The food was extremely underwhelming. Nothing special. Wedge salad was like you'd get at Applebees, oysters were flavorless. Best app was a little meat pie. My fish was over cooked and just not flavorful. The service was however great, attentive and friendly.

We were very happy with our meal choices. The Wedge salad , as always, was delicious. The Redfish was excellent and the Baked potato was so creamy ! Definitely look forward to visiting again !
Richard was our waiter for the second time dining at the Steakhouse. He is very attentive and quick with your requests. He made it very enjoyable. The aus jus gravy and mashed potatoes was mouth watering. We had steaks that were so tender you could cut them with your fork. Everything was perfectly seasoned.
Steak Oscar was delicious as was the gumbo. Our waitress Trinity was the absolute best, so extremely patient and accommodating
From a romantic candle-lit dinner in the curtained booths to a large party experience in the back area, I've always had a good time at the Steakhouse. They have a few people still there from the Besh days, but food and service are still top notch.
The food was okay but I had to use a cell phone to look at it because the room was so dark. Good luck trying to find a comfortable seat to eat your meal. The general Seating is more like eating in a lounge chair rather than sitting straight up.
