The worst experience ever.
Definitely will be back everything was nice
My friend and I had an amazing time at the Vault. The food was delicious. The manager was very sweet. She took our picture and brought us on a personal tour behind the scenes. She gave us the history of the building. I would definitely recommend The Vault for brunch.
The food was ok even though I only got to eat one time because they had only one cook doing everything at one time, very small place which had everyone all on top of each other, all the deserts were cold, the service by the staff was poor especially when it was time to pay the bill, which was not worth over $130 for two adults waste of my money and time.
This was one of the worst experiences ever. We were literally given 3 prices for the Sunday Brunch. Their website said one price, we got there, was seated and was told another price, then a few minutes after we started to eat we were told it would be a higher price, because we had more than 8 people in our party. Nothing on their website supported the higher price and we were not told the price would go up depending on how many people you have when we made the reservations. We asked to speak to the manager and she was extremely “unprofessional”. We were even charged for drinks we never received. Had to go back and demand a refund, which they did agree. My family and I will never frequent this establishment ever again!
The food was tasty, but for the price $65/per person it should have included ice tea or lemon-aid. All we received was water. “All” other beverages was at an additional cost!
The music was nice but too loud!!!
Nice place, but there’s definitely opportunity to do better!
Although the hostess had somewhat of a bad attitude, the place and experience was a very nice. The owners made up for what the hostess was lacking. They were very attentive. The buffet was amazing. The music was good. The entire setup was a vibe. Definitely going back.
Awesome place. Love it
The L. B. LANDRY Class of 1969 celebrated its culmination of’our 55th Reunion at the Vault. Class members were honored to receive the beautiful service from the Vault’s staff.
The food was DELICIOUS—everything was tasty.
The atmosphere was pleasant! The Omlet Chef was ‘on point’ as the kids of today would. I know that we will be back.

Mother’s Day Brunch I feel was over sold not enough room to move around. Definitely not a place for kids. If your not getting food then y da do you just stand in the way go sit down definitely not impressed
Was greeted at the door before entry with the friendliest personality by the manager! After entry, the service, atmosphere, and food was off-the-chain! Take photos of you and your boo in the literal vault!

While working at Algiers point I had the pleasure of visiting the vault. What a gorgeous place. With Vineyards Fridays and Sundays plus rentals of the space I'm sure anyone would have a fantastic time and enjoyed excellent food. Can't wait to visit there again and take some fantastic pictures for all you guys to see and share my experience. Thanks to all the people at the Vault that make it possible for the public to enjoy
The only complaint I have is the slippery floor & chairs. The food and ambiance are great. I'll definitely be back.
