This place has pretty good bar food. Six wings for $9 and two for one beers. The Three Legged Dog is a local bar with reasonable prices and a good pitstop if you happen to be staying north of Bourbon Street.

Been craving crawfish late into the night and this was the only bar near me where I knew I could get crawfish since they were pretty much open 24/7 and I can’t say I regret coming here. The bartender was really nice and funny to talk to and they pretty much serve crawfish out of an open container which was interesting cause it was the first for me. They also charge our tray by the pound I think and from what I saw it’s priced pretty reasonably. All in all I really enjoyed the crawfish because it was very delicious and spicy and so were the other helpings but the bathroom was really gross though which was why I took off a star… but it’s a dive bar so grossness is inevitable.

I ordered this last night 08/19/24 around 11pm. I asked for a medium well burger, but received this. I tried to eat it, but couldn't due to how burnt it was. This wasn't normal charring, the black parts were so hard & tasted awful. I wish I would've looked at it, before I went home.
Great people. Smooth conversation. Exceptional drinks. The best French Quarter establishment OFF Bourbon St., and a local institution.

If you want a local experience, this is the place. Quiet. Friendly bar keeps. Clean bathrooms. Decent selection of beer. There is also a full bar, I am confident that s decent cocktail can be made here. Cheers

One of the few bars open 24/7. It is mostly frequented by other hospitality workers after their shift. Reasonably priced especially for the French Quarter with buy one get two free drinks. Oh by the way I Definitely recommend trying the bacon cheeseburger!
