Family emergency for the cook. So limited menu, didn't have 3 drinks we tried to order. So we just ordered 2 baskets of fries to snack on with drinks, listen to a couple songs from the piano and move on. Fries were barely hot and very greasy. The $80 tab with added gratuity didn't help for a family of 5. Guess I'd have to try it another day but my first impression was very, very poor.

Great place, didn't order any food so can't speak on that, but the atmosphere and service is phenomenal. Friends and I are under 21, they gladly made kiddie cocktails for us and they were great!
Great music and chill vibe. We enjoyed it very much.

Nice intimate feeling jazz bar with some bites! I’d say the jazz and vibes were great, food wasn’t stellar (yak mein and pork dish) - I’m from Bay Area so it’s hard to beat Asian food there, it’s more of a fusion- but the performance and servers were wonderful, would come back for music and drinks.

Wonderfully rich gumbo, sweet jazz trio, kids welcomed. We felt well cared for and highly recommend, especially for groups with kids.

An almost entirely lovely evening until…So we came for a fun, early set by Leslie Martin and enjoyed a very nice dinner and a couple of beers. We wandered off for a bit to catch another band at another club, but with every intention of returning to hear Nanci Zee, which we did, arriving just after the start of her first set.Ms Zee is a wonderful vocalist and was accompanied by very good upright bass player and very accomplished pianist. They deserved to be heard and enjoyed. Sadly, the door to the club remained open to the thunderous cascade of music and street noise from outside. The club was more than three quarters full and it seemed quite disrespectful to audience and performers to not close the door. I asked our server who was very understanding and apologetic and who brought our request to the manager. Unfortunately, our entreaty fell on deaf ears.I mean, I get it, you want the place to be open and inviting and hope that passers by will have a little taste and want to wander in. That never happened during the 30 minutes of our time there. And we would have stayed longer, had another drink, had it been what we’d hoped for.All kudos to staff and performers. I hope, that if we return (for a fourth visit), management might try to thread the needle and come down on the side of pleasing the audience they have. Bird in hand, eh?
Cool little place. Food was ok, many of our groups dishes were just salty. The menu was original but seemed to miss the mark.

Food was not what you expect. They didn't really execute the dishes properly. The ramen dish was linguine noodles and lacked flavor. The specialty cocktails are overpriced and not worth it. The Cajun meatball Po boy had great meatballs but the bread was terrible. And just overall not worth the price. I wouldn't go back. Go anywhere else.

You get a margarita for 13 $, with about 30 ice cubes in your glass. Take those out, and enjoy a couple of sips. Considering 20% tip included, that makes around 3 to 4 dollars a sip. Our first and last visit.
