My appointment was open for delivery from 8am to 4pm I reached 7am checked in 8am and till 12pm they didn’t unload on asking they said we have to weigh each pallet so it’s going to be while I don’t understand what driver has to do with that driver job is pickup and delivery if receiver is short deal with with shipper why holding driver and wasting his time very stupid people in this world OMG

I simply love this place. By that I mean this. I'm a truck driver who regularity comes here to get loaded with product that's shipped all over this country and the staff and crew here ALWAYS takes into consideration that i am on a very tight schedule and tries their hardest to get me rolling as soon as possible. I would love to call out all the names of everyone who works there and thank them individually but alas i don't know all of their names, i only know Mr. Daniel. So to Mr. Daniel and all of the rest of the Tommy's Seafood family, much love, respect and well wishes to you!

We were working in the are first 3 months and in that time I have gotten great seafood, I ranted and raved how good it was to our daughter back home so when it came time for us to leave Florida I placed a good size order (on Tuesday) to pick up on Sunday so we can take it back.Long story short I went to pick it up and the gates were locked, I called and texted no answer, he finally he called me back and let me know they sold out of everything and I should call and remind him next time!!!So disappointed in the outcome and if I would have known that there confirmation wasn’t valid I would have not emptied out my freezer and went a hour and a half out of my way to look at a closed gate...
