First time at this restaurant was not a disappointment. Quiet environment, friendly and capable wait staff, excellent food that included baked oysters, grilled drum, trout almondine, and bread pudding that was especially good. Pricey, but in line with New Orleans, and I have been to many places in New Orleans with a bigger reputation that were not as good as Trenasse. Recommended.
Visited for a meal while traveling for work. This restaurant is located inside the intercontinental hotel. I didn't love the atmosphere. Feels overly casual and loud. Food was excellent. Perfect if you are looking for a casual meal while staying the hotel.
Most disappointing issue was the menu online was nowhere close to the menu they gave us. I made the reservation based off the menu I saw online, which was the same one I had the last time I was there. Very limited. Best part was the presentation. Great job with plateware, glassware, etc Service was fine till the end when she got a table outside and forgot about us.
