First place we always stop as soon as we get to New Orleans
It happened to be a Tuesday night, round 10:45pm. I'm starving and refuse to eat a bullshit poboy from Verti Mart. 11pm Turtle Bay dishes out an 8oz. Filet Mignon, medium rare, salty butter, half a baked potato with Cheddar Cheese and a half dollar slice a French Bread to soak up the rest of the blood. Worth every penny of $22. So glad I stopped in.
Accidentally walked into this little place while walking in NOLA. It was so good, best tasting ribeye and for a great price!
Fun place for a quick drink very nice staff.
Wonderful little bar. Solid food for what you'd expect, too! Staff were all really friendly and fun to talk to. Drinks were great, and prices weren't any higher than I'd expect in the Frwnch Quarter. Good company in the regulars, too!
I'm not sure what kind of rescuing "bar rescue" did, because our food was straight up trash! The burger buns were hard enough to drive nails in a wall, the bengeits were like hard fried biscuits coated in powdered sugar, and the mozzarella sticks were empty from being fried for way too long. 🤷♀️ Unless you're just there for an ice cold beer, I would recommend going elsewhere!
cj made our night and all of the staff were great!! She assured us their food was great and she was right! We tried so many things and they were tasty. Wonderful place to watch football and glad us Midwestern people stick together😅
We really liked our experience here! It’s a cute little dive bar. We ordered 2 beers, pepperoni pizza, and a Cesar salad which all cost around 30$. It was probably our cheapest dinner yet, but definitely well worth the price. The ranch tastes home made and the salad was crisp. The pizza came out hot. We had to wait a while for food, but we never mind a wait, especially when the bartender was entertaining and there were TVs to watch sports on!! We had a really great time there and it would definitely be a spot to return to on our next trip to NOLA!

Tuesday they have a steak special that is a really good deal and their food tastes great and service is always very sweet and welcoming. The drinks are good and the vibe is fun. Can get a bit busy, especially on said Tuesdays, which can make for a loud atmosphere, but if you are looking for a quieter time, just try a different weeknight, without a game, because they do have some TVs too.

Wanted to love it, because we are huge fans of Spirits and were sad to see it go. Want to support the owner Brad and his endeavors. But, please leaking ceiling or A/C onto the tables and floor where people are trying to eat is a serious health hazard. DO BETTER!! How are you passing health inspections??
