One server. Not busy, and she was running everywhere. Everything here was just a 3 out of 5 IMO.
The final part of the experience was having to wait more than 5 minutes to get our check after I asked for it as we were done.

Great food, amazing service! Stopped in for breakfast and was blown away with the waffle combinations/options, definitely bring your appetite and imagination. The waffles were perfectly cooked, and the flavors are delicious! The drinks are really good too, and the service is above and beyond! I came with a group and our server was very patient and extremely helpful and was able to accommodate various requests!

They were absolutely delicious. The NOLA Bowl was magnificent. My whole crew wish they’d gotten it. The staff was so kind and sweet to my elderly companions. They raved for hours about how sweet and patient they were. From MS to NOLA thank you for a fine meal and great memories.

This place is so good, probably my 5th time coming here. It's on my list every time I fly into NewOrleans. They have a $25 mimosas flight, how could you not?! And the food is amazing as always. They are now located in the French Quarters which is so convenient. Devin and Malani served me and they are so kind and welcoming - great job!

I am extremely disappointed in this place. We had a reservation for weeks in advance and they failed to seat us in a timely manner even though there was only two other tables there. The server was too busy dancing than to properly wait on us. We had to wait for over an hour to get our drinks which seems a little unreasonable. In addition to not really attending to us the waitress (Bria) was also very rude and made the experience very unenjoyable. The food took over an hour and came out cold. It’s seems since the tip was already included in the bill our experience was not a priority to this place even though we expressed how special of an occasion this was for all of us. Over all I can say I will never return and would advise others to avoid at all cost.

We came here on a recommendation. THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Bria was our server BOTH DAYS and she was amazing! The menu almost took me out with all of their options. My husband who is NEVER wow'd by resturant food was speechless. Can't see why their rating is not higher
We were in New Orleans for Halloween weekend and this place was so good the first time, we had to go back again! The staff was SO SWEET!! It’s located on a corner with lots of windows - bright and sunny. And the endless ways that they do waffles will have me going back for more. They had gluten free waffles too!! Eat here!!
Dietary restrictions: I have a severe gluten sensitivity. Ate here twice in one weekend with no problems!
Great place.. great food.. food take some time.. seemed a bit under staffed but we enjoyed the food.. we were a party of 6.. the waffles were great!

The food was Amazing!!! Lots of choices. Reasonably priced.
Vegetarian options: The options were great. The owner came over and personally greeted us and made sure we were satisfied. It's a wonderful place to have breakfast/brunch.

The food was subpar, our server was the worse, and she was the manager. Bria had an attitude, never refilled our drinks. Gave us two empty bottles of ketchup by slamming it on the table. We had to ask another server for items. Make sure your entire party is there, otherwise you can not be seated.
