I ordered to go. I got three rolls and I should have opened it before I left. I got home and it was MOLDED. The rice was rancid and I had to throw it away. The smell made me so sick. I will NEVER get food from here again

My nephew and I went here since my niece is always ordering takeout. I was excited about my order as we were waiting for them to bring it to us. That's where the excited ended. Once we got our food and headed out the door, my nephew realized that his order was incorrect. He went back in and told them that one of his orders was incorrect. The guy at the counter told him that's what he asked for. My nephew asked to speak to the manager. Someone came out and told him that he would have to place another order and pay for it. They claim that they don't do refunds. My nephew spent over $60 on his order. He should NOT have to pay additional money for an order that was not his mistake. There isn't anything posted on their website or front door that says they don't give refunds. Even IF that is to be true, they still should have taken the incorrect order back and righted their wrong. Needless to say, that was my first and last time going there.

I ordered through Uber eats. The result is always a toss up when ordering through Uber. I wish restaurants delivered their own food again. Edamame was room temperature when delivered but that was due to Uber. They took over an hour after they picked the food up.

This is my go-to sushi place. All of the food is good and you can have a nice lunch or dinner without breaking the bank. The staff are friendly and welcoming. 10++ stars! Highly recommend.
I have never physically been in the restaurant but I do order through door dash. I’ve ordered from here at least 2 times and it’s been good each time. The rolls are nice size and portioned well. Just wish they gave more sauce on the roll. In the two times I’ve ordered, I get the fried salmon roll.

I ordered an assorted sashimi for pick up but got an assortment sushi instead. The lady on the phone put in the wrong order. I could’ve checked before paying but assumed they’d get the order right as they should’ve in the first place. A little disappointed.
