I heard great things about Union before going, and they did not disappoint. I’ve been twice now and they have blow it out of the water on both occasions.
My favorite dishes so far are the crawfish and shrimp lumpia and the watermelon and pork belly. The shishito peppers are super yummy too! I never had Musubi before. I wasn’t in love but it was good. The Ramen was excellent. And huge portions. I don’t think I could eat much other than that if I was by myself.
Do not sleep on the spot. And do not skip the small plates.
Update: it’s been a few years and Union Ramen still hits!

I had the Miso Ramen, it was delicious, but as a vegan I was not able to swap the egg for tofu - had to pay an upcharge. It’s unfortunate because there used to be vegan-as-is Ramen on the menu 2 years ago that already came with tofu..

Visiting the city and stopped here as one of the best reviewed ramen places. Did not disappoint at all. Excellent service from the moment I walked in. Ordered the Dragonball Paloma; hands down one of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. The ramen with the duck prosciutto add-on was spectacular. 10/10.

Went here with a friend and the vegan ramen was delicious! The mushrooms were next level!
Taking a star down as the mushroom ramen was the ONLY item on the menu that was vegan! There were no vegan appetizers or any other mains which was disappointing.

great food! great service! great atmosphere! i visited here kind of often and i’ve never had a bad experience. my fav items so far are the tori ramen, lumpi and sweet pepper wings. they always have good music playing and an anime show playing on the tvs. the happy hour menu is great and the bartenders are so friendly and nice! love them!
