I heard great things about Union before going, and they did not disappoint. I’ve been twice now and they have blow it out of the water on both occasions.

My favorite dishes so far are the crawfish and shrimp lumpia and the watermelon and pork belly. The shishito peppers are super yummy too! I never had Musubi before. I wasn’t in love but it was good. The Ramen was excellent. And huge portions. I don’t think I could eat much other than that if I was by...

Best ramen I’ve had in a long time. Amazing flavors, everyone had a great meal.

Vegans - that Miso ramen is perfect. I recommend extra noodles!

Everyone else - fast service, killer food

Vegetarian options: Clearly marked, no compromise in flavor!

I had the Miso Ramen, it was delicious, but as a vegan I was not able to swap the egg for tofu - had to pay an upcharge. It’s unfortunate because there used to be vegan-as-is Ramen on the menu 2 years ago that already came with tofu..
