Amazing food! Great first stop in our New Orleans vacation. The pancakes were my favorite! Bloody Mary was also perfect!

This is the best breakfast spot in New Orleans. Everything is cooked perfectly and it's a cozy spot. The grits, biscuits, and potatoes are dynamite!

Amazing Food! The price is right on point, not too much on the pockets. Very good food. Please don't skip this place

The catfish and grits along with the fluffy pancakes and service from the wonderful staff made for an unforgettable experience. It's the hype that lived up to the hype for me! 😁 And prices are very reasonable as well. Other places closer to the French quarter were so over priced and underwhelming. This place is worth it. Take the trolley 47 to get there easily.

Everything thing was perfect; from the dining area to the food..I went on Essence Festival weekend so It was busy...We had a 45 minute wait but was well worth it. I'm a local resident but this was my 1st time trying!!! I highly recommend this restaurant . I didCrab bites for the appetizer!!! Cheese Grits & Catfish Fish with creamy sauce, a Grand Mariner Mimosa !!!! Will Return!! # *Thank you Sam ; very good waitress

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Up & Adam Eatz absolutely lived up to the hype I’ve seen all over social media. Yes, the wait was about 45 minutes—but with the steady crowd, that was expected, and let me tell you—it was worth it.

From start to finish, the experience was top-tier. The Saint Germain mimosa was superb and set the tone for a delicious brunch. I tried boudin balls for the first time and was blown away. But the real star? The catfish and grits—seasoned to perfection and tasted like Momma was in the kitchen! Pure Southern comfort on a plate.

The dĂ©cor was a true tribute to New Orleans—artsy, vibrant, and full of personality. There were grass walls perfect for photos, and a playlist that had us dancing in our seats.

A special shoutout to our server, Joel, who was incredibly kind and attentive—he really sealed the deal on our visit.

If you’re ever in NOLA, this spot is a must-try. From the food to the atmosphere and service, Up & Adam Eatz delivers an unforgettable experience.

1000000/10 recommend!! Service was fantastic, our server Natalie was so sweet. Bloody Mary was fantastic. We ordered the Tchoupitoulas Omelette & the Tchoup Bowl, my only complaint was that I couldn’t finish it because I was so full. The food was phenomenal! We will definitely be back!

The food was worth the wait ! The wait was about 45 minutes not terrible. The staff were super friendly. The place is not big so it takes a while to be seated. Shrimp and grits ...amazing !!! Food prices weren't bad - we ordered a lot.

Amazing food. Everything on my plate and in my cups was delicious. Seating was a little slow on a Sunday, but worth the wait. The biscuits, grits and sausage were amazing!

Perfect location for the real New Orleans city experience. Easy parking along the side in front of other buildings and the restaurant despite the location or a quick street car trip down Canal. The staff is extremely welcoming, friendly, and so helpful going above and beyond with each guest. One lady cut up my nephews pancakes for him even though we didn't ask, which was so thoughtful and sweet. And most importantly , the best breakfast food I've ever had at home or any breakfast restaurant. If you want a good introduction to the place, I recommend the catfish and grits for your main meal and the tchoupitoulas fries for an appetizer. The fries are an appetizer, but they can easily feed the whole table with the size and amount you get. Also, the pancakes are the best I've ever had, sweet, buttery, soft, and fluffy. The owner is usually always there working at the bar. This place is just fantastic and truly goes beyond expectations.

Dietary restrictions: Seafood allergies for some things obviously if you are allergic

Kid-friendliness: Yes!

Wheelchair accessibility: I'm sure adjustments can be made even though the interest has chairs. I'm pretty sure I saw someone in a wheelchair eating breakfast there one morning
