If I could give a zero on customer service I would, these people denied to give me service saying that I was intoxicated just because I have an accent.

Came for the "amazing pub grub" and cheap beers. Was met with over priced shepherds pie.

Best neighborhood bar in The Warehouse District of New Orleans. Period. Great staff; fun ambiance. I highly recommend Vic's.

We ordered jambalaya and pepperoni pizza for the table, and maybe we were just having a really fun night, but it was really good! I didn't expect to enjoy the food as much as I did. The atmosphere was also really chill and comfortable.

We went here in search of late night food after getting into New Orleans after 10 PM, settling into our Warehouse District hotel after 10:30 PM, and walking up and down Tchoupitoulas but finding the humidity bearable at 11 PM. After walking into another bar that had just closed its kitchen for the night, they pointed us in the direction of Vic's. I think it must've been the only place in the area to grab a bite to eat at that hour. Though it claims to be an Australian-themed bar, there was nothing very Australian about it besides the flags plastered around the bar. It's divey. Clean, but pretty divey. If I had any doubts about that, the menu certainly reaffirmed it. You can take your pick between jambalaya, shepherd's pie, and pizza -- all frozen (our pizza certainly was) but reheated in the back. I nursed a Blue Moon at the bar as we waited for our cheese pizza. It was nothing special but hit the spot since I had been traveling for nearly 12 hours at that point. We came here for pizza. We left wondering if we should've gotten a pint of Australian beer to accompany our pizza instead. (Surely they must have at least one option on the menu to qualify as an "Australian-themed bar," right?)

Best neighborhood bar in The Warehouse District. Great location, fantastic staff, comfortable surroundings, nice outdoor area. Best spot to enjoy a cocktail. Fun to see all of the service industry folks in the neighborhood come in for their happy hours when they get off work. No drama; never a problem. The pizza is a late-night legend; good stuff!!!

My favorite bar in all of NoLa - relaxed atmosphere, good people, tasty pizza when you need a late night bite. Being right off of Tchoup has it next to a lot of things to do, but I always make time to stop in for a cold one and a laugh. My go-to spot when I'm in New Orleans!

Only came in to grab some cigarettes out of the machine they have in there but didn't have the correct change. Instead of helping me in any way, the bartender said I needed ID for change at the Bar. (Which is to be expected ANYWHERE downtown so I understood but was confused because I only asked for change) but I asked if I could use my LA wallet and he was rude to begin with but said no and continued to be overly aggressive and calling names, putting me out of the bar. But seeing from one of the reviews This Owner stands by it's staff no matter how they treat people. The issue is not the policy or rules of the establishment, it was the way I was treated for no reason at all. Have never eaten or spent a dollar here but never will and all of the customers in there when I came back after work to speak with a manager he said he is the manager and continued to be aggressive towards a female and go off Infront of everyone at the bar. Would love to get the contact information of the owner or manager overtop of him since I could not get it tonight. For a bar in New Orleans and fellow service industry worker I just expected a little more humanity rather than be treated as if I came in as a problem. Long review but worth it for the disrespect hope something is done but well wishing ?? Oh and some lady came out towards the end with a drink in her hand saying I need to leave. I asked if she even worked there she said yes but I was already on my way out the door and didn't have time for anything else that obviously wasn't a solution ??

So we came here after a good night of drinking watching college football and were hungry. There is an ogre type fat lady (think Saints lineman with beard and blonde hair) that was verbally abusing passers-by. The skinny imo workers seemed to be listening to her so she must own the place. She looks as though she has been eating all the Shepard's pie herself...don't blame her, it is the best in town.

I've left so much of my DNA in this bar it's amazing the authorities haven't come knocking, you know to tie up loose ends in some kind of investigation. Luckily I live in New Orleans and our cops are totally down with loose ends.Kid-friendliness: Baby goats are definitely allowed.

Absolutely will never return. All my friends and I agree. This place is amazing but the one woman that works here is Absolutely rude and obnoxious. Every time we come here if she's here we leave. She's a heavy set light skinned woman in her 40s. She is always drunk and messes up our drinks. I can't wait for the day she's finally fired because I know we've all complained multiple times. We will be back for Tyler's great drinks and even Zack, but not until this bad apple is gone finally. Good luck!

Escaped the loud football crowd to Kangaroo, which was pleasantly just chatty with ppl not sports. I cannot rate food as I had none but atmosphere was laid back and very friendly! As a couple of Finns obvs the familiar flags gained good points ?and at first I was super impressed by REAL glasses (and cold ones at that) unfortunately I guess they ran out and the drinks came out in plastic.Bathrooms clean, had a chuckle at the theatrical red curtains.Prices very ?Would visit again and recommend ?
