I cannot say enough positive things about this place and the owners and entire staff!! I hosted a social event for work here this weekend and had an amazing time. The owners were so easy to work with and they supported the vibe that I was going for. We had over 70 people attend and everyone fit comfortably in the restaurant. The food was amazing and the drinks were awesome!! We had so much fun they matched the music to the overall vibe of the event and the owners were attentive the entire time!! I recommend any and everyone to come check out this place and even host their party here. Thank you all so much for providing such an amazing space for us! We will definitely be back!! Also love that it is a Black Owned business!

I was really looking forward to visiting here but unfortunately it was a dissapointment.
The glaring blue lights at the bar were horrible and made it look trashy. The tables and bar were dirty and unfortunately so were the restrooms.
Music was really loud despite hardly any customers.
Service was very slow and food only arrived as we were leaving, such a shame.

The bartenders and service were exceptional! Each drink was better than the one before, and Leslie, our server, was incredibly attentive, bringing that southern charm and hospitality I expect in NOLA. I was impressed by how smoothly everyone handled the Taylor Swift concert crowd—even the owners pitched in to keep things running seamlessly. I look forward to stopping by on my next trip to NOLA!

This is a cute place for a get together with your friends. Following the Saints game, we left our initial location and proceeded to Baroness. The drinks were delicious and the ambiance was up my alley. Great customer service, clean restrooms, and friendly staff! I plan on returning in the near future…

Disgracefully rude attitude by one of the bar staff. This individual was so displeased by my cordial acknowledgement of her presence that she felt it necessary to attempt to shame me in front of my co-workers for not greeting her in accordance with her own pathetic standards. Then, she felt compelled to try to coerce conversation out of me with haughty, disrespectful, and out of pocket verbal advances. Last time I will ever step foot in this wretched place.

The lack of professionalism and customer service was unbelievable. First, employees arguing with each other in front of customers over a burger order that must have not been placed correctly for whatever reason!!! First red flag!!!!? Next, other customers that came in after us were getting their food and drinks before us even though the waitress/Camille (owner) had taken our order—that’s when I realized she totally forgot and never placed our order. She finally got our order in and never apologized! Which would have been nice considering the amount of time that had lapsed which was at that point about an hour. Then, after never getting my drink I had initially ordered and waited for about an hour I decided to cancel the drink and that’s when it really became unprofessional. After canceling my drink the bartenders started arguing with each other over who was responsible for making the drink. The owner never took responsibility for any of it or intervened in the situation or try to make things right. When I tried to bring it up to her in a respectful way she was completely dismissive and only asked if the food was good and walked off while I was trying to explain to her the situation. To top it off they still made the drink after telling them more than once I did not want the drink at that point and then still charged me for the drink!!!! In addition, they included a 20% gratuity for a party of two people! Have a little more humility and responsibility Camille and learn to manage your people. Also, don’t come up with excuses. The concert was not the issue—it was your lack of accountability and pure simple customer service skills.

This restaurant needs to hire more staff. The drinks take 30 minutes to come out. This will be my last time coming here. Do not recommend coming here for a drink or to eat.
