I’ve eaten here the past couple stays in New Orleans. The gumbo is pretty good for a hotel/restaurant bar and if I stay in the future would get the gumbo again. Skip the oysters, overpriced and way too small and the cheeseburger/po-boys. The drinks are pretty good.

For a hotel restaurant, one of the best in New Orleans! Try at least one meeting or meal at this place.

This is a great place to eat and have a cocktail, great vibe and great service. I want to give a shout out to one service waiter who went above and beyond to make sure I had the drink I ordered..he literally went to other bars in the hotel to get my drinks! Thank you Atharva for being the very best waiter I've met in a long time! Keep smiling my friend! PS he deserves a raise 🙌🎊🫶

Atmosphere is solid. Food was average. I got a burger, hard to mess up a burger. Sweet potato fries were not hot but yet somehow most of them were overcooked. They don't accept cash, which is a knock against any establishment in my opinion.

I have had the sushi here and also the chicken tostada flatbread, which were both delicious. Great service and atmosphere. So convenient for me on work trips. Great portion sizes! Highly recommend.

Alright food, overpriced and had some of the worst service I have ever received. Definitely not going again.

I had the smash burger and a friend had the chicken. Both means were amazing and worth the cost.

Avalina was so kind and patient with us throughout our whole visit. She was very consistent with her visits to our table and super friendly. The food was so delicious. Perfect final meal before our ride back home. Highly recommend this place! Service and food are top notch!

Need a break from the French Quarter? I did and found it. The 3rd floor of the Hyatt Regency has the place. Tons of TV's for the games, great food, and fast, attentive service. Again, a nice change from the Quarter.

Have eaten here a number of times and each time has been more disappointing. The food is honestly something my teenager would make. It's reminiscent of reheated grocery store prepared food. Definitely the worst hotel food I have personally experienced.

We ate here out of convenience when we got to our hotel in the evening. The service was lacking - took a long time to get our initial drinks, forgot to put in our order of oysters so we didn’t get those until after our entrees, kept pushing us to order as soon as he took our initial drink order, and we asked him if we could change our table’s TV since it looked like a personal one - he said he would ask, but he never even told us yes or no - I have a feeling he never asked. The atmosphere was okay. Again, we went hoping we could watch the LSU baseball game since there were a lot of TVs, but we never got an answer if we could change it. The actual seats we sat in though were comfortable. The food was overall good! Our entrees were yummy. Unfortunately, when the oysters finally did come out, they were the smallest oysters I have ever eaten. You could barely tell they were in the shell. And they were $32 for TINY oysters. Will not be eating here again.
