It was our first thought from the airport around 7:30 in the morning. It was pouring cats and dogs with no end in sight. I was with my friend who has never been to New Orleans before. We got off the bus and I remembered this place was 24 hours. So we walked in like a couple of wet street rats, And he was thinking we were just going to wait and dry off. But then I ordered us a round of Malört & couple of Miller's Highlife to wash it down. His cherry was broken at 7:30 in the morning at the Voodoo Lounge! This place is always peachy keen in my book.
Service is non-existent. It is not clear what their service model is. You need to get your menu at the bar. Then make your order. Even though the place is empty, wait 40 minutes for them to get half your order. Wait 20 more minutes for the rest of your order from an ambivalent staff. I recommend you go somewhere else.

This was a check in stop for my tour i received a 2 for 1 bracelet to be used at anytime for hurricanes. The voodoo lounge is open 24 hr and it is a 6 min walk to my hotel. Well i stopped in about 9 got the 2 for 1 hurricane (tasted of light liquor very sweet only drank 1.5 then left.) Service was fine location good but no football on the tv this was monday night afterall
