I love waffle house on Canal despite the noise, chaos and various fireworks from street people you can almost always count on. Sadly, the young lady who waited on me, lack any understanding of the menu or the offerings, but I still love waffle house
The food was pretty good, what you can expect at a Waffle House. Although I've had better at other locations while traveling. The waitress didn't seem like she wanted to be there. But she still gave the minimum of service.

IF you can avoid this Waffle House. I have been to many,but this one was horrible. Hasbrowns was hard, no ketchup on the table, didn't as if i needed a refill, staff singing loudly, and to top it off I paid for my meal at the cash register and I even tipped. My bill was $14.50 I tipped $5.00. She ranged my bill up I swiped my card and she just left..I was like wow...never again.

We waited for 30mins to even have our order ready. I felt they were being racist cause anyone that wasn't my color was being helped. My son left crying cause you just wanted a waffle. Worst experience in new orleans I have had here in my whole 6 month stay here.

y’all messed my waffle up, i came there at 11:15 and i wait 20 minutes and i was the only costumer and it came out like and im a 18 year old girl standing alone in front the the store for 20 minutes and this was the result, i paid 6.00 and here is is my receipt. So either i would like a refund are another waffle
Came to this Waffle House at 1050pm after a concert and was denied food for sit down ordering/dining. We knew something was off when the parking lot was empty and no one inside but two workers. To-go orders only isn’t what Waffle House is known for so definitely won’t return

Not crowded at all. Food was great. But today, the best thing was the service. My waitress couldn't leave because her relief person was running late. She had another job to go to when she got off. She called her other job, stayed and help the customers while still remaining polite and professional. You may say that her job. It's not. Her job was supposed to end at a certain time. I know for me, I be ready to go when that time comes. I appreciate her.......
