I have been to a lot of different Waffle House Restaurants. This by far was the best waffle that we have had in a really long time. Everyone was so courteous and knew people by name as their regulars would come in. Our server Tiny was a breath of fresh air. She was so attentive, and everything was perfect. Thank you for the great food and service.

Wow! what a gem to find here in New Orleans. When you first enter you are greeted by wonderful staff and a nice cozy atmosphere. This was one of the finest culinary experiences Ive ever had in my life. Everything was cooked to perfection and the waffles will vault you into another dimension. Ive had Brennans and Commanders brunch and they’re great but they don’t compare to Waffle House. They really should consider opening more locations but for now this will be my go to spot in NOLA!!

No matter what waffle House you stop at, you know what to expect. I'm always amused with the way they call out the orders...

Ate here a year ago and it was excellent, however, NOT this time. Coffee was servered ice cold, and I do mean cold. Asked the server for hot coffee, and second attempt it was just barely warm, but I kept it anyway. Later during the meal I was never able to get a refill, or to get the server's attention, so I only got one cup. Package of strawberry jelly was rotten, absolutely spoiled, had to spit it out but unfortunatly had already spread it on my toast, so toast was ruined. Very loud music playing at 8 am in the morning which totally ruined evern further the already bad experience. Not ever going back there again.
Trash. Wouldn’t ever go there again.

I arrived at 10:25 and asked to be seated and Tia working the dining area proceeded to close off the dining area and said to go orders only. I asked another colleague what time does the dining room close and he mentioned 10:30. Tia has made an attempt to not seat people as if she doesn’t want to work.

Coming from the West, where Waffle House doesn’t exist in my state, this was an experience I had been looking forward to.
The restaurant was fairly small, giving it that classic diner feel. The employees were all incredibly kind and full of personality. One menu item immediately caught my attention—the Texas Cheesesteak Melt—something I had never seen before but knew I had to try. It turned out to be a fantastic choice, paired with hashbrowns that, for once, weren’t overly salted, making for a satisfying and filling meal.
The only downside was the soda. It wasn’t terrible, but at the time, they seemed to have an issue with the CO2 or syrup, as my Coke tasted more like glorified club soda.
Overall, the experience was quite enjoyable, and I’m happy with my first time trying Waffle House!

Definitely slide down hill. This brand is still one of my favorites when visiting the south but this particular location has slide not in a good way. First they are no longer open for dine in 24/7 but 6 to 10. Second while the food is still good, my waffle was over cooked. My grits and sausage were excellent. The s e rice was among the worse I have ever had anywhere. The waitress kept staring at me and acted as if she was afraid to serve me in my wheelchair. She stood way off and when the food came slammed it down on the table. Without giving me condiments. Another very nice waitress Tameca saw and came over and moved the food in front of me and got me flatware, butter and syrup. My original waitress Miriam got upset because I tipped Tameca in her hand but did not leave a tip tableside. The service was horrible.
Great customer service and food were delicious.

Place was empty, spilled water on us, but the food was good, filling and affordable. Will return one day.
