I usually like Waffle House, but this visit was rough. The food came out cold, the waffles were limp, and the bacon tasted like it had been sitting for a while. The service was slow and no one checked on us after we got our food. The place just felt messy and unorganized. Definitely not the usual Waffle House experience. See the server was sweet just annoyed by the cook and manager who was skipping out food we waited 1 hr and 25 mins for a ALL star the server needs raise but the cook and manager needs to be fired for how poorly they speak to guest and employees I am previous manager who knows what to expect !!!

Ms. Ijnae was a happy service person although I couldn't eat anything pork allergies the entire staff was nice and apologizing for not being able to cook me anything.... I got a orange juice...😊😁 It's okay yall... 😊

Inconsistent! I’ve ordered the Philly steak bowl 3 different occasions once to try because it was going viral, dry . Second time because i really wanted to like it hoping for a different cook. And then today. Maybe about 4 small pieces on steak and not even 2 servings of hash browns. Cook too busy trying to go sit outside. What happened to the female cook with the low haircut. Her food was always consistent

BUT THIS LOCATION RIGHT HERE HOLD A SPECIAL PLACE..TO ALL THE FEMALE RUNNING THE NIGHT SHIFT MAN. THESE WOMEN COOKS GOOD WITH THE LIL Spark every customer understands. Is about 6/7 different females the Handles there business. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO PLEASE WITH A WAFFLE HOUSE. FOR WAFFLE HOUSE TO STILL HAVE PEOPLE REPRESENT THERE BRAND THIS LOCATION THESE LADIES ON THE NIGHT CREW IS A GOOD START. BEST SERVICE I FOR GOT THEIR NAMES BUT FELL IN THERE ANYTIME AFTER 3 AM YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Ordered a hamburger. Waitress acted like l had ordered a foreign item. I simply wanted a hamburger. She asked what kind and l responded a regular hamburger, meat, bun, lettuce tomato. I had promised myself not to return that particular store due to the ignorance and poor service but my friend wanted to go. The store played very loud black music and staff was more concerned with singing to the music than cleaning or prepping. Store was clearly catering to black customers and l will try my best to never walk into that store again.
Went to eat overnight my server Olivia was hands down amazing great hospitality! The Cook Jay Was very positive quick and efficient when it came to making our order. Overall it was the best experience I’ve had at Waffle House in years. The whole crew Jay Olivia and Kim made our experience worth the while and we will be back!

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and within 1 minute of sitting down, we were asked if we knew what we waned to order. Excellent customer service and the food was great as well.
