Good morning. After a great concert, nothings better than that House, so I went and got my sausage egg and cheese grit bowl. I also had a Texas bacon patty melt, and it was excellent with the crispy bacon as always. The service was good. I was able to order on the app, but then my wife decided she wanted food too, we ended up eating in. This location used to be hit or miss, but they've been pretty consistent over the last year or so. So kudos to management and staff.

When I walked in no one greeted me I felt so uncomfortable, then I sat down and this waitress walked up to me never introduced herself I had to look at her tag to find out My waiter name was Shanikwa , her customer service was terrible, she said I was doing to much when it came to making my payment, all I asked was can I enter my information manually, overall the service was terrible poor quality customer service, I don’t recommend this location to anyone, this was my first and last time coming to this location.

Needed that late night breakfast fix and this place hit the spot! We had hoped to dine in but didn't realize the dining room is closed from 11pm until the morning so we had to order to go. Lacey was super nice and made sure we had all we needed to enjoy our meals. I must say we had just as much fun hanging out and eating in the car as we would have sitting inside.
There was somebody approaching cars asking for $, but other than that it was what I would call parking lot private dining. We weren't thrilled about driving away with all the bags and trash after we were done eating (oddly there were no trash cans outside the building) but Lacey continued her great service until the end and took it off our hands so we could make a clean get away 😁
I was disappointed at first finding it was gonna be a TO-GO only, order at the window, food in a bag experience but the food was hot, the TO-GO plates weren't flimsy, we could be loud and blast our music without people sitting next to us, and it even felt like we had a waitress because of the attentive and friendly service we received!

WOW, in a bad way. Worst Waffle House i ever been to, and I have been to 50+ over the years of traveling.
1st, table was dirty. I had to take napkins and get water from bathroom. Cleaned our own table. Plus, only 8 people in the restaurant so not busy at all. The wait staff were talking or on cellphones. Next, waitress tried taking order yet didn't give menus. Then after ordering and food coming had to ask for silverware. Then realized I didn't get my Waffle. So I got that 8 minutes AFTER eating my meal.
Totally unhappy with it. Food good, service terrible.
By the way, the cook is wearing gloves(cool), but handling raw bacon and sausage then picking up plates and cook food with those gloved hands. Was there 35 minutes, never changed gloves once. Can anyone say Cross Contamination?

I went to Waffle House this morning, and my food tasted great and was cooked properly. I ordered an all star breakfast and my order came out to about $16. When asked about why it was so high when the menu said the all star was $11 I was told I had the wrong menu. The menu I previously had was for people dining in, I was passed a new menu by the cashier. It was the same exact menu with higher prices, each item was $3 higher than the original menu, and I was told that this was because that is the takeout menu. I feel like that is forcing people to tip. I hope the extra $3 for take out is for the employees at least.

Walking in and everybody greeted me. Jasmine was my waitress she was very nice to me. She work very hard to get out orders and my food & the food came out fast.
Workers work really good together they push out a lot of orders while I was there
Jasmine kept asking me if it was OK, I was like great.
When waiters pay attention to their customers when it’s busy it shows that they care about customers & it makes more people come for good service.
Look around & seen that everything was clean.
That’s a big plus for me when I go out to eat.
Jasmine keep up the good work and your team. Had a good experience. Coming back soon

Terrible!!! The lumps in the grits! I tossed them and I love grits!!! No one makes them better than I do, but since I was on the road, I thought can’t go wrong with grits right???? WRONG!!!! There was no bite without a lump!!! Disgusting!!!! Into the trash they went along with everything else because my appetite was ruined completly
