Ms. Pinky was amazing during our morning breakfast. She was upbeat and friendly. The entire staff created a comfortable atmosphere that was inviting. Staff was happy to be at work and having fun doing their jobs. Our drinks were never empty, cooks had their groove on, it was like poetry in motion. This is the best waffle house experience I've ever had. Beats all others hands down.

Clean location. The service from our waitress was absolutely wonderful. Our food came out quick and hot. And the entire staff was friendly and in a great mood. All in their Saints gear for the game that later that day. It was a pleasant quick dine in.
These people don't care about the coustomers or there employees they'll serve u days old meat and chilli jus to make sales and the staff is so drugged out they can't keep them selves awake

The Waffle House next to our hotel on Bullard Ave was THE best food and THE most friendliest staff during our week long vacation in New Orleans. Our waitress, Pinky...treated us like we had known each other for years. She's definitely top shelf in our eyes. Thank you for the all around great service.Deyon & Julee (old couple from Oregon) ?
Walked in and the cook and the waitress were yelling and each other. They finally took our order, but it was wrong. When we finally did get our food corrected, It was not good. The food was so greasy that ot made me sick and the burger was flat.

I went to Amite La Waffle House.They have re-openned after a remodel, so understandable, they were really busy. I didnt mind waiting for service until...I had 3 waitresses come to see what i needed, one, then several minutes later the second and several minutes after that the third, when i said i wanted to place a take out order, each one said give me a couple minutes, after several minutes the second .. repeat of first one.. then the third who repeated the first two.I was in there a good 15 minutes trying to get an order in, meanwhile another lady told me she'd been waiting for 10 minutes for 1border of hashbrowns. I felt like 15 minutes, 3 waitresses and the order still not taken, i left and will not return, and i think its safe to say, that other customer is probably doing the same.. Not Returning !Waffle House in Amite La NEEDS to much improve on their customer service. As far as the food, obviously with no one taking my order no review on that !Gesina
