Went to Walker's, for the first-time in a good-while, on Friday. The walk-up window and ordering-process are new to me, BUT, the ribs are still great and the potato-salad is incredible!
Do yourself a favor and get the center-cut ribs!
I will make a point to get out that way more often, at-least bi-weekly!

Definitely some of the best BBQ in the region. But you have to catch them when they're open. It would be nice if they could expand their operations and stay open more consistently.

2025 French Quarter Fest-
My husband and I were very disappointed due to our 4- Cochon De Lait Po-Boys had only a slither of the cabbage & wertie sauce underneath, 4-6 strings of the cabbage when normally it’s a pile of it???? The cabbage sauce is what makes this sandwich UNIQUE. Now to lessen that ingredient, ruins the sandwich entirely. This company has always been an outstanding!! The BEST pulled pork in town!!! Please go back to how it’s always been...
