Drink machine was leaking on the floor. They mixed up our order with two other customers. We basically all talked and figured out who had what and even then ALL the orders were either wrong or missing items. Place felt dirty and unkept. Will not be going back. And this was the one on Vet's! If this is a franchisee, the company REALLY needs to check into how they are representing the Wendy's brand

The chocolate frosty wasn't any good, like the machine wasn't working properly. The vanilla was good. I ordered from door dash. Tried calling Wendy's several times but no one answered the phone.

This is one of the most disgusting fast food restaurant I’ve ever entered in my entire life. It’s dirty everywhere you look at and it smells nasty like homeless people have been here all day. I couldn’t eat the food my stomach couldn’t handle the smells and unsanitary conditions. They should be fined this is nasty. Don’t come here. From the exterior it looks ok but inside is another story. I’m never again coming to this nasty homeless location.

The food was good. But it took a very long time to get it even though I did a mobile order. The establishment looked clean. There was definitely something going on with orders; at least three customers came back due to mistakes and one staff member clearly did not know how to handle it as there were loud tones between her and the customer.
