You Can Feel the negative energy when you walk through the doors , nothing ever fresh too say it's not even busy , always on the phone ' seems as though nobody wants too work ' it can be cleaner

Inside and outside the restaurant is in need of serious attention the floor was very slippery and everything needed a wipe down. Outside needs a pressure wash and the parking lot needs cleaning. I didn't get to see the kitchen but if I was to judge it based on the rest I wouldn't feel safe eating at this facility.

Love their breakfast. This is my go to place for breakfast they never disappoint. I'm not too big on their burgers so I don't each lunch there often.

Hi, I believe I left my glasses at your store.

I visited your New Orleans location yesterday around 4:24 p.m. and sat at a table on the left side of the store when facing from the counter. The table had a backrest against the wall.

The glasses have a black metal frame and were in a dark blue case.

I’ve been trying to call, but I haven’t been able to get through.

I’m currently traveling and have already left the area, so unfortunately I can’t come back to check in person.

If someone could please check if they were found and leave a reply here, I’d really appreciate it.

Horrible service!!!! The young men, women, and manager all played the most disrespectful and disgusting games/ service I have ever received in my life! These people first played on the intercom as my boyfriend on oxygen ordered. Then, they preceded to change his order from large options to small! Then, he paid for a salad 🥗 and added chicken which was on the receipt 🧾 and the manager and employees still continued to play games. Saying that we could not get grilled chicken added on the salad after paying for it and it didn’t come with it. But on the receipt my boyfriend paid for it to be added! This is our second time ever coming to this restaurant in over 10 years and it has not changed one bit! The service is always horrible, the order is never right and the employees always seem to act like they own the business and products. Never returning here and I would never 👎 suggest this location to anyone in the hood, because it’s giving Hood vibes and I’m not with the foolishness! I wish I could add the video of them and how they completely acted oblivious and confused after telling us the salad 🥗 did not come with chicken after being added and paid for. They laughed and called me childish after I demanded my money back and all because I was recording them on my phone! 📱 I absolutely hate stopping in areas like this where employees would rather play with the customers then offer great service! We stayed and waited over 30 minutes while your employees and the manager continued to get the order wrong on purpose!!!!

When arrived at drive-thru was found several people sitting out in front of door on the ground didn't want to try to place my order they refused said they're only doing doordash and other orders of that nature they weren't doing standard orders and the time was 1:10 a.m. on June 28th

Every single employee was absolutely like not even there. No respect, No care, nothing absolutely the worst I've ever witnessed actually it was terrible we had 4 cars and still didn't get our food and about a 30 min wait. Our food was this,
A #2 triple
A #1 triple
And a diet coke and dr. Pepper and it took over 30 min if I didn't walk in 2 times to check up on my food they don't even deserve a single star sorry.

Went to Wendy June 14 at 615p did get my food until 6:46p had a long line of cars behind me when I got my food it was cold everything went back and gave the food to them and was told my money will go back on my card which it was not and the people lie So I try to call the 1 800 number they was closed will call on Monday
