The health department needs to come to this place and it will be reported. This is what my potato wedges looked like today! They definitely are reusing old products and refrying them. This is ridiculous and I’m going get my money back. The biscuit didn’t seem fresh either and was hard. I’m upset that I was hungry and ate it as I was waiting on someone to come from Walmart. The drive through girl had a funky attitude and was ghetto. I usually pull off when they act like that cus I don’t trust them with my food. I hope I don’t get sick. If so, I’m going to ER and filing a lawsuit on them! Don’t go to this location. The service gets worse and worse. They don’t hire good people.

They won't even get your order correct here most of the time. I orded baconator fries and sauce nuggets and they gave me regular fries and regular nuggets. Not to mention the nuggets were hard like they were out for days.

The cashier was very friendly and quick to order. The manager however was screaming at the cashier because the cashier saw people were waiting on things for a while and took initiative to get their food. As someone who has people working in the fast food industry, I would say the cashier is a prime example everyone should uphold to and the manager should treat her employees better.

they cant get a order right to save they life...ordered 2 biggie bags 1 jr bacon with NO bacon, instead they said forget it NO BACON ON EITHER, asked me what sauce still gave me what they wanted, person taking order talking to orther people while taking your order smh....like how hard is it to follow directions...need better management

After a long drive from Texas, we just wanted a quick dinner so we can get back to the hotel and relax. Wendy's was close and their dining room was open until 10pm so we went there. The lobby was empty, so it didn't look busy at all. Wrong. The lady at the register looked stressed. Very stressed. She had an attitude as she was taking our order to the point where she was making faces. It was unreal. Our order was wrong, burgers were not made as requested but we didn't bother to go back. As we were waiting, she was degrading her employees and other costumers. She was cussing with no regard to children in the lobby. I was in shock. Welcome to New Orleans DAY 1. I have 4 more days to go. We will not be coming back to this establishment.

Wendy’s is Wendy’s. Thankfully. Tastes great, quick and fresh. The staff were nice and professional. The only negative I have is the floors were slippery. They should def clean them better or with something different. The restroom was super clean. No smells at all.

This Wendy’s terrible customer service. The staff is rude and unhelpful. There’s also an excessive wait time even for the smallest of orders. I really hope that someone from the executive team of Wendy’s reads all of these reviews and does something about this.
