This was up at the side entrance so I walked to the locked front door knocked walked back and actually saw the cashier look at me and quickly turned her head this location for some reason wants everyone to use the drive through I want to set in after 10 to 15 minutes late they finally let me in after they saw I wasn't leaving

They put old fish back in fryer, it was super greasy, overcooked, and had hair on it. Told them and they said was all out. Wasn't even offered other food or refund. Wendy's use to always be a great place to go but never again. This was the one in Slidell, LA but every time I put this location it changes it.

BOOOO ?????? boutta do the same thing to the guy on door dash because this is insane ??♀️ I ordered 2 crispy chicken blt biggie bags (?? ?BIGGIE ?️s) and I got the wrong sandwich like how do you mess up a BLT ? like that doesn't make sense the ingredients are in the name BACON LETTUCE TOMATO??? But somehow I got a hamburger??? My nuggets, sandwich, and fries are cold but it says y'all guarantee fresh hot fries on ya'll ads? Lets put those thinking caps on. ?? Come here if you want but I don't approve. This establishment has 3.4 stars for a reason! ??♀️????♀️

I went in to this location and no one acknowledged me I waited at the counter for a while. One person was counting her till out in the open while another was bringing her till to the back and another little girl was looking at me and never said how may I help you so I walked out!!! Customer service is not good at all first impressions is a lasting impression!
