Worst wendy’s I have been to.Every single time something is missing,wrong or they take minimum of 10 minutes (along with telling you to reverse so they can cheat their drive thru time). Been here so many times thinking it would get better but it gets worse. Can’t even refund you when they are missing items

Its like they're mentally slow!!! I specifically told them my order and they still got both of my orders wrong!! They put bacon on both of my sandwiches which i told them not too because i hate pork and i don't eat it! They were so lousy and lazy they didn't even bother making it over they just took the bacon off! They weren't even busy neither....And look like they just threw the nastiest piece of lettuce on my sandwich! Im Convinced they must have the most ignorant and, Worse Employees on the night shift...i wont ever come back to this place! Simple stuff they can't get right!! Smdh

Stopped here at 11pm on a Friday after a night out, the drive thru was empty but it took 10-15 minutes to get our food. When we got it, they had forgotten part of the order. I said I would pay separately for the missing item (which was for our Uber driver) but the server just closed the window and ignored us. We left and then the food that we had waited 10-15 minutes for was stone cold. So we were very confused what we waited for? Whoever the young man was at the drive thru tonight was either poorly trained or poorly raised. Absolutely unacceptable.

I ordered a mc muffin that the have for 3.00 it comes with wedges I ordered 4 meals just getting off work exhausted bit into a bacon mc muffin bread cold in the inside the bacon was too and on top of it the manager

05192024 Here's the good-- Place is very clean inside. Plenty of parking. Says it has wifi. Plenty of places to sit. It was open. Probably not busier, because there are no cars here... or the food sucks. Look at that white biscuit. Stop cooking wedges in advance and why so much salt. That coffee cup is escaping steam or is it leaking? Food was okay priced. Server/Manager not friendly. Not welcoming. I was the only one in there when I arrived. Mayne she was tired. And considering there weren't many people back there as in there was only 1 other person, she just may have been tired. If you're not paying $22/hour and giving 40 hours with a consistent schedule, you're not going to find quality staff. You can't live in New Orleans on $10 or 15 or 20 an hour with 20 hours a week. Cut your food costs by reducing condiment distribution. Parking lot had a trashcan with trash all around it. Maybe squirrel or rats. Otherwise the Parking lot was clean. A few flies were around too. Menu clearly printed.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp. Doors are not automatic though and there may be a tight squeeze for you.

It's been a long time since I have been able to go to a fast food restaurant and enjoy my whole meal. The crew was so polite. There was an error with my sandwich and they insisted to correct it with a smile. Definitely enjoyed the experience. I just wish I had a receipt.
