The Wendy's on Carrolton in New Orleans is the worst Wendy's in the greater New Orleans area and probably in the entire country! I ordered a Dave's double after downloading the app at this location because it was the closest to me at the time. THEY WERE OUT OF BURGERS! How does a fast food burger restaurant not have burgers? Seriously! So the restaurant tells me I have to cancel the order, only to find out, you can not cancel an order on the app. I talked to customer service...read full review
