Entire order messed up(missing burgers) (without the correct ingredients) (missing ingrdients) and the food quality is some of the worst I've ever seen. Anything that could of went wrong with my order went wrong. Going to call my bank to charge back the order since nothing I got was right or missing.

I went to this place, like, literally 10 munutes ago. I ordered a 10 piece nugget and a grilled chicken wrap, no ranch sauce. I paid and reiterated my grill wrap had no ranch sauce, right? The cashier said right. I had to pullup amd wait; okay, that's fine. I get home and the grilled chicken wrap had ranch sauce on it..A LOT! They didn't give me a receipt and the phone just rings ; no one answered the phone. Absolutely horrible service.
The food was a disappointment, cold & slow. Maybe just a bad day.

Good evening, On January 6,2025 drive up through the drive thru and approach the order speaker and ask for a Apple pecan chicken salad 🥗. They said that they were out of it, and than one of the employees said hold on we will make you a salad 🥗 it will only take me a couple of minutes if you can wait. Me I can wait so I just would like to say to the Management continue to make an example of how a business supposed to be ran and to that EMPLOYEE THAT MADE THE SALAD 🥗 keep doing what you do and many doors will open for you. THANKS Wendy's on General Degaulle you've earn my money once again.

Gave me the wrong sandwich originally. Got back to my job and discovered this so I went back. Asked for the correct sandwich. They gave me a replacement sandwich. This sandwich was also incorrect. So I had to go back a third time to get the correct item. They don't even know their own menu.

So I just left and ordered a 2 for 6 double Baconators. Got home, to find I only have one Baconator and a chicken sandwich (I DON'T LIKE NOR EVER ORDER CHICKEN SANDWICHES) Then on top of my order being wrong, the chicken patty is well past shelf life. The patty is beyond HARD! My car is in the shop, I had just got off work and don't have a ride back. Highly disappointed. This isn't the first time, the fries or nuggets are never fresh; I tried because it was close to home. However, I won't be spending my hard earned money here again!!
