The low quality of Wendy's in this city has long been disappointing to me and other fans of square burgers. The one on Claiborne, for example, is the only place I've ever recieved a fast food burger with a bite already taken out of it.But today, the Wendy's at 3601 de Gaulle broke that trend. Hot fries, properly salted, a couple of tasty baconators, and the entire order correct, down to the sauces. Nice job today, everyone.

I watched two employees fuss over who was going to wash the dishes for the night, also they were cursing each other out going back-and-forth. I said on the line for about 18 minutes without them checking on me let me know when the wait was they had five cars behind me as well, and the two Mel workers were laughing and also Cassie. When was this cousin who was going to buy him, his birthday asking, repeatedly called him out of their name

I arrived to the restaurant at 10am I place a SIMPLE order two chicken biscuits meals with a high c and peach mango and also a 4 piece French toast sticks. Upon arriving at the window I was ask to pulled forward for fresh food moving forward I pulled up waited approximately 10 mins. Once I made it home checked my food only to find out I have a egg and patty biscuit. (Tbh can only be mad at myself for not checking my food) but besides that It’s simple instructions that can’t be followed so what’s the reason to hold interviews what’s the reason in training? Like it’s nuggets sandwiches and salads whats so hard to comprehend, who’s really interviewing these staff members Ronald mc Donald ? & also that egg patty sandwich was nasty I hated it & I only gave it 1 star so I can let them know there doing a horrible job at their job

Went to the Wendy's on Terryparkway and they were out of everything I wanted so I came to this location instead and the wait was long, but everything was perfect once I paid and got out of there. No complaints!
I wish I could give this place a zero star. First off: the floor are so nasty your shoes slide when you walk.When I got there to use the restroom, and came to the counter and was treated like I didn’t walk in an establishment of business!! Is this the way you treat your customers Wendy’s? This is so saddening to experience. The manager was rude I had to wait over 20 minutes just to not get the 5 for 5 I wanted. I hate I came to this place and I’ll never come back.

My mother who died 10 years ago had the exact same experience I had 10 years later. They F up your order more than once and throw the food at you. My late mother had her order messed up 3 times at the window and the third time she pitched the food back at them their attitudes were so nasty. They have no one to refund you because Wendy’s doesn’t pick up the customer service line. I guess I’ll be disputing with the bank because this is ridiculous!!
