I’ve been coming here for 3 days straight in the am they open for 600 am but they don’t start till they get ready. I see them in their walking around playing with their hair peeping from behind the wall if they can’t do the job. Let’s somebody who needs a job do it

I normally stay away from this location, but wanted a Diet Coke. When i approached the place to order, I noticed a sign $1 any size soft drink. YAY. Approached the pay window, was asked for $3.57–i nicely asked about the promotion. Another person was called to the window—she said the deal had expired and I should have seen that on the sign. Okay?! I drove around—there was no expiration date. I went inside and the staff was super rude and acted like I had three eyes to question them. Looking for my receipt, but it doesn’t appear given one—I paid cash. If I could give zero stars I would.

Won’t ever be going here again no way I should be waiting almost 30 min for two biggie bags and the location wasn’t even busy…literally used up all my lunch time…customer services at this location doesn’t exist

MY FIRST time in any Wendy and the LAST time. The stup*d lady in the front is very disrespectful even tho she's ugly. Never smiled, our order was not correct, no wipes, no ketch up, no apologies, dirty floor, fries were super dry and poor customer service. I wasted my money.

Never posted about any restaurant until now, but the server was so rude that I need to say something. She was young, but should have known better. I said “hello” to her as she approached the cash register (no response). I felt like she intentionally ignored me until I gave her my order. Still no eye contact. After she gave me the total, I put my payment on the counter as I counted out the change portion. She then refused to take the cash that I offered her, telling me that she felt disrespected since I did not put the money directly into her hand. REALLY??? She needs to learn that being nice is key to respecting others. She was downright rude in every way possible. I will NEVER RETURN to this Wendy’s.?
