It's 1am, how do you manage to still forget items at 1am? Last week my mobile order wasn't ready after spending 20 minutes in the drive thru. They lied and said it didn't come thru. They just didn't make it.

I would have given zero stars if possible. I told the young lady that worked there that my sandwich had bacon on it. I didn’t want bacon. So she took the sandwich to the back, scrapped the bacon and cheese off of it, put it back on the same bread with new cheese, and handed it back to me. I inspected the sandwich, and it still had bacon on it. I asked for a new sandwich because it was already contaminated. She had an attitude the entire time I was in the restaurant. Very poor customer service. My girlfriend’s food was raw; it was a total waste time and money for me. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

This location is known for old food with me. I have not been here in a very long time but my single burger was certainly not fresh at all.
I asked if they can cook the burger while I wait. I paid for the burger and got home. The burger was certainly much smaller than I remembered. The burger was cold and old. It is ridiculous how they give this old food to people who are paying for this crap.
I didn't feel like going all the way back. This time has made me realize just don't go back to this location because I have gotten old food for the last time.

Coming off the highway after driving for hours man I stopped in and the atmosphere was very warm and inviting. The manager was excellent and my food was great.

horrible customerservice!!! the lady that work( Cashier name KAYLIN) at night shift the 26 of October of 2024 from 3:00 am she didn't want to make uber order at all saying that her systemwas out and that she didn't got the food order. Once I pull to the window she magically had the tickets of the orders. No good with they lie she was really racist since I'm not white or black. No happy with that she made me wait 30 min to make my order and adding more to the situation she hadle the order with disrespect telling me to not to come to her store no more and that if I can't wait for the order to be made I could leave. I'll be contacting corporate for this kind of service. I can't believeyou guys hire racist people. Really disappointed. wow

I had to tell them to change to their lunch board before I could order, and they had a car in front of me that they told to back up from Windows, I assume, for the time clock. If it's 24 hours and you have to change over, don't take orders until then and inform the customer of the situation.
Jolisea was amazing and gave great service, she had an excellent attitude and made sure our order was fresh and correct. It’s 12:16 in the morning and she still had a lovely personality.
