It's noon, doors are locked you can't order inside. Mobile orders that are carryout don't get answered. They forget your order and make you wait up at the door for almost 40 minutes or more for food.There is no signage that the inside is closed. 80% of the staff are rude to any questions even when they are wrong. Being polite won't help and if you question then about it they shy off.This entire location needs new management.

Walk inside, and seen flies and nats all over the counter.. very dirty.. I ordered for a homeless person.. got the order wrong, and the meat was old.. management, correct order cussed out the 2 workers. After I receiving the right order, I was so disgusted with flies and bugs all over the place plus the workers gave me dirty looks, that they had to remake my order till I literally threw the food away and went next-door to Taco Bell. Trust me, you do not want to eat from this place and it should be reported to the Board of Health.

Close to my house. Won't come back and I deter others from going to this location. This happened a little over a year ago, during a slow lunch hour. Literally had the drive thru cashier (short multi colored hair and gold tooth) attemp to steal my money by giving me 2 different totals. Then gave me some bogus amount of coin change back. When I asked for a receipt, she said she couldn't give me one. So I asked for a manager and she just stared at me. So I repeated slowly "M-A-N-A-G-E-R". The manager was standing right next to her the whole time! So the manager turned around and with the BIGGEST attitude asked what "my" problem was. I told her the girl wasn't providing me a receipt. So the manager tore the receipt off the register, handed it to me and shut the window. I just stayed there for a minute in awe. I was fuming at this point and instead of calling the cops (who wouldve laughed at me anyway), I pulled off. Chick still made out with some of my money. And the food? 2 dollar menu sandwiches and a small fry....you guessed it....horrible!Check your change people. And remember, they HAVE TO give you a receipt.

Your people are disgusting. Everyone is just standing around doing absolutely nothing.They were not taking in store orders, just drive thru. But as soon as we walk back outside your employees are just huddled smoking weed. Yup all your employees on 9/23/2023 at 7:15pm were absolutely horrible. What the hell is wrong with they fast food places these days. I get it people do not take their jobs seriously anymore. But good God!They need to head back to where it all started for some good ole fashion home training and work ethics.
The girl in drivethru be scamming credit cards buying trips to Miami on Spirit airlines then tried buying more things online smh

Can't fit my truck through the drive through. So at 8 o clock am I'm told I can't order cause the lobby is closed. Instead of offering a solution the lady was very rude and walked away

If i could give this place ZERO stars I would. EVERYTIME i come here they dont have something. Today they didn't have ice, ok. My boyfriend and I ordered spicy nuggets, they put regular nuggets in our bag & when we went back inside to say this wasn't what we ordered, they said "we dont have spicy nuggets" So why in the hell would you let us order it. Piss poor service. Piss poor attitudes. Zero!
