Restaurant is supposed to open at 6AM. I placed an online order and arrived at 6:20AM to be told that the restaurant wouldn’t be open until 6:30AM. The lady was clearly late for work, unless I missed the memo they open at 6:30AM instead of 6:00AM.

went throught the drive thru on 8/31/24 and the guy at the drive thru was very nice and gave us sauce with our burgers.Turns out we came back on 9/1/24 and 9:30 at the drive thru,and the black female employee at the drive thru window ,who charged me did not want to give us sauce or ketchup for our 3 burgers and fries.She was super rude did not greet us or ask if we needed anything,however i saw she was politely to the family infront of us ,not sure if this was a race issue ,we asked for sauce and she told us in a very rude manner that they were 33 cents each ,I asked why if we had 3 burgers and fries and we don’t get anything nor ketchup and told her we got some the day before and was very rude and says “well idk they shouldn’t have “ Will never be returning to this location very rude staff .The manager has to do some work with these employees!!

Very rude rude staff. Also orders are always incorrect! Even when you try to correct order staff members roll eyes and literally just hand you the bags without even speaking. I would give this place zero stars if I could.

Where do I start? Mr. Lavell that’s working the drive through window was very rude. Saturday night 2100 hours. Didn’t order a drink fast enough on a combo meal so he chose one for me. He’s a poor representation of your company. I don’t want anything for free. I just want him reprimanded. I won’t purchase anything at this location again.
If you want your fast food at a slugs pace, this is your place. If you want to pull forward, when there is absolutely no line, and wait 10 minutes for 2 biscuits, then you will love it here. If you want to watch the 10 car line at chick filet go to zero, well Wendy's on Clearview will happily provide that entertainment.

I have tried the pretzel baconator at four or five locations already, and this Wendy's location has had the best burger by far. The two burger patties were fresh and juicy, not dried. The bacon was cooked and placed perfectly on the burger. The pretzel bun was soft and fresh tasting. I have got a bun that was hard and tasted a little stale. One time at the Wendy's on St. Charles Ave. I ordered the pretzel baconator and got a regular bun. The burger was pleasantly appealing to the eye, meaning it looked like it did on the menu and in the advertisements. GREAT job to the employees at this location, keep up the great work. We appreciate you all!
