Delicious sake and beautiful, serene covered patio seating with warm, dim lighting. I only tried the Blueberry Lemon Sake, but the service was wonderful. I was guided on the different flavors, pricing, and followed up with about my experience. I recommend everyone try Wetlands Sake at least once, especially when they have a live band/music. Conveniently enough, there is a full dining restaurant next door that shares the same building and space. So that is a great opportunity to get lunch or dinner. If only they had more gaiety of flavors, then I would be more inclined to order a Sake flight!!

It seems a little pricey, but the drinks are so good it’s easy to spend a lot here. The flavored sake is pretty incredible and they have some pretty unique combinations. The blueberry lemon is the most amazing, but I also enjoyed the mango Chile and a few others. They don’t seem to have everything listed on their online menu, but that’s probably because they are constantly experimenting like most places. Even the plain filtered sake was good in my opinion, and would be a great substitute for vodka in just about any cocktail.Blueberry lemon was so good we ordered it twice on the tasting and then had a full glassThe rest of the flavors were good, but overshadowed by the blueberry. I did enjoy the tajin rim on the mango, and thought the espresso was well executed. Did not care for the cosmic, but it’s a jalapeño flavor and it just wasn’t working for me.Overall this should definitely be on your list of places to visit, we will be coming back.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I loved this place! We ordered two flights to try all of the flavors and the tender gave us a mimosa to complete the list. The sake is smooth and sippable, on the sweet side without being cloying and the cocktails elevate the sake rather than watering down the flavor.

New Orleans style sake! Due to the fact that the rice is grown in the south. They had many different flavors, but the Who Dat was definitely the winner. We each ordered a flight based off the yelp discount and I wouldn't do it any other way. Such a fun tasting experience

I'm not much of a drinker. Friends have been telling me about this place for a minute and I'm glad I finally went! On Sundays they are all in for football games, including this gorgeous Who Dat sake, which actually has bits of edible gold in it. It tastes like raspberry green tea and it's so smooth that it's a dream. I can see myself accidentally getting dronk here because the dranks are so tasty!I'll definitely be back in the future because there's more flavors I've absolutely got to try. Thanks for being open to a newbie and for hosting so many cool popups, like Em's Bakery and other small businesses!

Loved both their traditional sakes and their cocktail inspired infusions which were broadly appealing for anyone looking for a fun drink out. The staff was great and the music was the perfect vibe for the fun indoor/outdoor atmosphere. A great spot for a date or a large group. Would definitely recommend it.

came here for the first time sunday, the sake was delicious and refreshing (the blueberry lemon one is just as amazing as you think it'd be) the staff was also super friendly and awesome. i was hoping i had come in time for cream puffs and i hadn't, but the woman i was ordering from offered me one from her personal stash which was the kindest thing ever. will definitely be coming back again! :)

Wetlands has been on my list for a few months. With a good buddy in town who happens to be a sake aficionado I knew it was time to satisfy my curiosities. Everything about the experience exceeded expectations! Arrived 45 minutes or so before the posted 9pm closing time, but never felt rushed. Walked through the super clean and spacious courtyard with awesome live music playing, into the sake taproom where we greeted with exceptional service. Ordered two flights of sake, and on the advise of our sake server, ran next door to the commissary for duck poppers. (I'll review those separately, but suffice it to say that they were amazing!). Grabbed a seat on the deck for an amazing 90 minutes of the best sake ever and even better hospitality, from the server to the GM and co-founder of the distillery. Louisiana grows some of the best rice in the world, so it makes perfect sense that some of the best sake in the world should be made from it. Brewing and serving it in an epic space with a very cool vibe and world-class service, is a winning combination. Highly recommend grabbing a friend, date (or a group of friends) for this unique experience!

The sake is like no other. You will definitely leave with a nice buzzzzz! And don't forget to try Brennan's next door.

I know you don't think of New Orleans and think sake, but hot damn, this sake was good. I had to ask to see if they distribute out of state. Unfortunately not yet, but I'll be keeping an eye out for it. The blueberry lemon and mango chili were my favorites. The unfiltered sake was solid. The space is beautiful as well. 10 out of 10. Would recommend.

Tucked away in the Irish Channel is one of the greatest Sake brewers in the US. Wetlands features Sake unlike no other. What you think is great Sake isn't until you have a Wetlands. The flavors are perfect for the summer nights and there is great food next-door at Commissary. You have to come try this one for yourself.

Wetlands Sake is the first sake experience that I know of comparable to your traditional, local brewery. Their sake is delicious and the atmosphere is great. I will be picking up their cans of sake when I see them at a distributor near me. As for the place, its a very unique experience I can see replicating on my future trips to New Orleans.

Being a local it is nice to have a place that doesn't play to the whole Cajun/Creole experience but still manages to give you a unique aspect on our city and the creativity of its people. The Sake is made with rice grown in Louisiana and the facility they have built is a great place to chill with friends while enjoying their different flavors or Sake.

Wetlands Sake is such a fun place to visit! They have a wide array of Sake all of which are unique. I tried the Blueberry Lemon Sake which was glittery and quite good! I also tried the Cosmos (had a slight taco flavor?) and the Sangria (not as flavorful). The ambience is super nice and a great place to hang out with your friends. They share the outdoor area with the restaurant next door, so you have more options when you're there. We went during Happy Hour and Trivia was just starting when we left. The location was also super nice and such an easy place to walk to if you live in the area. Drinks: Yum! Each Sake was unique in both taste and appearance. Happy Hour: Yes! $1 off all Sake except for the flights. Service: Great! The bartender and the owner were so nice! Parking: Street Parking. Pets: Yes, you can definitely bring your pet outside Outside Seating: They have a huge outdoor area!

Enjoyed trying the creative Sake cocktails they have created. Indoor and outdoor seating. Very friendly staff and even pet friendly. They have filtered and unfiltered saké as well as saké cocktails. Definitely try the flight of sakes.
