First things first, PLEASE clean up the place. My first impression was “dirty” and I began wondering if it would be safe to consume food from here BUT I ordered anyways.
Second, the food is fine but it’s not like I’ll be dreaming of the place but overall it was good; I had the filets, Mac and cheese and potato salad.

I was under the impression that we had opportunity to catch our own fish, this didn't happen. The cashier was extremely sweet & welcoming but owner wasn't. He was actually rude to his cashier in front of us(unprofessional). The catfish was ok. The house punch(watered down kool aid was $5.45/each, the mac & cheese was cold & fries were burnt.

Customer service wasn't good. The cashier barely smiled. Very dry! Not very welcoming. Maybe it's because I'm not a regular. Drove in from another state to get the experience of catching fish as advertised on social media. That didn't happen-they said they didn't even have any fish in there. Well the advertised wording on these tiktoks and other social media sites should be ONLY during a certain time/day.
The fish was good, potato salad wasn't good to me. It was more like Cole slaw. This place has so much potential but the customer service is what makes me not return.

Fish was perfectly crispy, but I think it lacked just a little bit of flavor. Potato salad was tasty just wish they left the parsley out of it. Mac and cheese was good . Didn’t catch my fish but could’ve. Definitely Reccomend.

We came to New Orleans to experience some good food and people. We ordered whole fried catfish ,mac and cheese and potato salad. Also fried ribs , shrimp, and pork and beans. The catfish was fried to perfection but it tasted like nothing lack luster and had a fatty unwanted taste to it I couldn't even eat the fish at all. The Mac and cheese was not cheesy and had no taste. The potato salad was ok but needed seasoning also. The ribs where ok nothing to write home to mom about and the pork and beans definitely taste like bushes. I am not sure what people in New Orleans call good food but this place is not it . Very very disappointed in the experience because other people talked this place up. Please do better . When you guys are ready for some real good food come to Texas and we will show u the difference in good food to amazing food.
