Food is decent, but whatever the advertised price, be prepared to pay double that.

I went with my boyfriend and we loved the place. We ordered two chicken strip combos — the chicken was delicious, fresh, and the portions were big. If we had known, we would’ve just ordered one. We got two combos, each with 3 chicken strips, French fries, and a biscuit, and each combo was around $15. Though it said 3 strips, it felt more like 6. It’s definitely worth trying. For drinks, I had a Bacardi-style frappé — super delicious!

Great for quick chicken tenders and fries. Music always good.
Sadly this location is closed for renovation. Hope they don't change too much.

Remarkable experience. I had to get the cat fish, and my lady friend wanted the chicken. The place wasn't crowded, and the food was served hot and fast.

Food was hot and tasteless. No condimates available. Had to ask for utensils. Workers had zero attention. Glad there was AC however it was so loud you couldnt hear each other at the table. Plenty of other places to eat. Avoid!

The food tasted good, minus the fries. Fries were basic. Our issue is with the service. The ladies there were not nice. They acted like having to do anything was an imposition. It's no wonder that they were the only place on the French quarter that wasn't busy. Now I know there are several of these in the area, so this is the one closest to Cafe Du Monde. Our presence was clearly interfering with whatever they were trying to do on their phones when they got there. The food was rung in more expensive than what it said on the menu and they were still tax added. In the end. She rung in red beans and rice that we did not ask for and then said she couldn't do anything about it because there wasn't a manager there. So we just took it and figured it's fine. Our last straw was when I simply asked where are the napkins and the girl rolls her eyes and points to the right and doesn't even say anything. That's when I asked my husband if we could just leave. After going through and looking at other reviews, I realize fairly bad service is what they do and either they are the owners or the owners don't care. I sent an email to the contact us on the website and waited for a response before putting a review, but the lack of response shows that not caring about customers is clearly just the culture of this company. I will not be back. Oh, and to add insult to injury, they didn't even put the lid fully on the red beans and rice that we did not ask for, so I enjoyed wearing that later.

The owner which is the lady taking your orders is very rude and lacks customer service skills. I ordered a 3 piece tender meal which was $14.99 before taxes. When I got my receipt the starting price on the receipt was $15.71 and after taxes my total price was $17.71. I brought it to the lady taking my order attention and she said rudely that the price to logged in the register. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE, THEY DO NOT CARE HOW THE CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED. THEY ARE ALL ABOUT THE MONEY AND FALSELY ADVERTISED THE PRICES!!!!!

This is our 1st in NoLA and we have been seeing Willie’s Chicken Shack everywhere so we tried it when we were in the French Market district. Unfortunately we were disappointed. 1st of all the music was loud so the young lady taking our order couldn’t hear anything I was asking. We ordered the 3 piece chicken tenders, fries and biscuit. The fries tasted like the chicken. The flavor was ok and the biscuit was also just ok. In my opinion, this place was focused on serving the many different variety of alcoholic beverages.

My wife needed a restroom but they have a code that is on a receipt. I threw my receipt away but the girl at the front made me buy something to get another code.
Nobody was even in the place, at all.

It’s pretty sad to treat patrons that way, but let alone two veterans?

The reviews wasn't looking good. Took the chance, and the chicken was solid AF and freshly cooked. Fries seasoned well. Didn't have an issue with anything.
