This casual hot spot serves fried chicken and shrimp baskets along with an array of alcohol infused slushies. Service was great and pretty swift for made-to-order meal requests. The dining room was clean. The staff was polite, patient, and professional. Stop by one of the many French Quarter locations for yours.

I highly recommend not to go to willie chicken shake nor fat Tuesday they at one on 630 bourbon st they stole my card and started making transactions a total of $64.34 and tried to make another twice for $11.54 not only that went back to get my card back and they said they didn't have it before the transactions were even made im very pissed I traveled 8 hours for a vacation for a bad experience first time in my life 🤬🤬🤬🖕🏿
Illegal bait and switch pricing!!! We were charged about a dollar more per item. Check your receipt and don't eat here until the price on the menu is what they charge at the register.

Excellent I can't wait till next vacation!!!!!
Willie’s Chicken Shack was a go-to spot in New Orleans for late-night eats and crispy fried chicken for me. The chicken is juicy and crunchy and the sides like fries and red beans & rice hit the spot. It’s not fancy at all, but it’s fast, filling, and full of that Southern comfort vibe. It can get a bit busy with people yelling around and throwing stuff LOL At least, that is what happened the few times I ate there. The atmosphere is casual, sometimes loud, and great for a quick bite. Perfect after a night on Bourbon Street, for sure :)

This place is a total rip off!!! Additionally, the menu is false advertisement we ordered 2 pieces of chicken for 14.99 it wasn’t even good chicken Popeyes or Bojangles is so much more worth the money and taste. Then we ordered the fish on the ad it shows long fish fillets what they give you is a couple broken up pieces of cod for 17.99 and it wasn’t even good, the guy you served us should quit he clearly didn’t want to be there working. NEVER AGAIN!!

We went to this restaurant for chicken and fish and when the fish came it looked like chicken tenders and the taste was worse.

I have been to NOLA a few times & not sure how I missed this place. The service is subpar (as seems to be the norm for New Orleans in general) but the food made up for it. Chicken was fresh—piping hot! Seasoned and fried to perfection. I thoroughly enjoyed the glazed biscuit. Prices are a little high 🤷🏾♀️

The lady that took my order was extremely rude. I don’t understand what was going on yesterday but her attitude was unnecessary. The food was good besides that.

First time here. I was looking for something on the simple side. Loved the chicken. Great seasoning and flavor. The chicken and sausage gumbo was delicious. The mango strawberry cocktail was amazing. Will definitely recommend!
