Flabby fries, a few pieces of chicken on top and served in a box in a bag. Chicken ok, but that's it. Awful. Nothing to clean your hands, toilet without soap and incredibly loud music. On top of that, 20 dollars per person. Never again.

Stopped Sunday night, right after Jazz Fest. Got a three-piece tender combo. Comes with fries and a biscuit. The fries were good. The tenders were huge. The chicken was hot, seasoned well, and juicy. Couldn't eat it all. Had leftovers for breakfast. That biscuit was still great right out of fridge, cold, with nothing on it! Definitely going back!

I am visibly pregnant and it was a very hot day. I was waiting for my Uber. There was no one at the restaurant in the tables outside, so I was not taking up space for customers. First, a female employee asked me to move saying the tables were for customers only. I told her I was pregnant and needed just a minute because I was feeling faint. She was so rude, smirked at me, and walked away. Not even 1 minute later, another employee came to tell me again to move. Again, I am visibly pregnant and not taking up any space for customers. I told the employee that I would gladly move if the other tables filled up, but asked him to “be a human” and let “a pregnant lady sit” for a minute. Unbelievable. I won’t eat here out of ethics alone.

Takes a while to get food. Honestly way longer than it should for food that you can literally see is already made in a giant batch. Food was fine, good biscuit

Food was good, but not much better than anything you can get from Popeyes. Service was INCREDIBLY slow despite being, if anything, overstaffed and not particularly busy.

Truly this place is relying on being close to bourbon street. The shrimp was awful. It was over fried and so tough to chew. It also lacked seasoning. I think the draw here is supposed to be the alcohol. The food left much to be desired.

My husband and I dropped in for a late night snack and the chicken was great. It was good old-fashioned fried chicken. The quality was great. I have no complaints.

Place is very good chicken for being fast food. The chicken is crispy and pretty big pieces. The service is very fast especially this location. The ambience is also nice with you being able to sit outside. Biscuit also pretty good

First time going to Willie's Chicken Shack, and it wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. I feel like you could get that same chicken and fries anywhere. Food: I ordered the chicken tenders, which is my fault because we all know the flavor is in the bone of the chicken. However, the flavor wasn't anything I haven't had in other states. it's pretty average. It was juicy, and the portions were big. The fries are a little soggy, but they have flavor. I wish they gave you more fries considering how big the box is when you get your food. All in all, it wasn't bad. They also have a large variety of frozen Daquaris with so many flavors. Price: The prices are good about $12-$17 for a combo meal. I wasn't mad at the price, especially after seeing the size of the chicken. In comparison to the surrounding food places, Willie's is a little on the high side, seeing how you can get really good New Orleans food for around the same price. Atmosphere: Willie's is a seated restaurant. However, it seems like most of their business is order to go, which means the restaurant looks empty. With saying that there is a lot of foot traffic coming in and out. It's a really cool looking space, and the decor is unique to the brand that I love. Service: The staff was great they stayed next to the ordering station and waited patiently for customers to figure out what they wanted. They paid attention to everyone in the restaurant and was nice when taking orders. They did great. The cook would walk the orders out to the guest if they took too long and apologized for the long wait, but for the most part, they did great. Location: They have many locations. I went to the one on Canal St. Which looks like the bigger one, but they do have a lot of locations close to each other.

My wife and I stopped in for some drinks and they were pretty good. Very reasonable price and we liked that a lot. We literally just came in for Daiquiris but will try their food next time. Our cashier was very nice and I asked him what daiquiris has brown liquor and he lead me in the right direction. Nice little spot on Canal street.

This whole business/chain sucks. We were in town for several days. I had never been to a Willie's before. My kids wanted a break from Creole/Cajun, so we went to one location in the French Quarter for some tenders and fries. I tipped the girl up front even though she did hardly anything and wasn't particularly friendly. The food is mediocre and overpriced except for the biscuits. After getting the food, I simply asked for a cup... any cup... so that my kids could split a bottle of water we had. The girl refused... even thought I just bought food and tipped her... and was also kinda rude about it. It's not like they have a self-serve machine where I could try to sneak a soda or something. Ok, whatever. The next day, one of my kids really had to pee. We were right by another location on Canal Street. It was a little before 12pm and the place was pretty much empty. My kid begged the girl up front to use the bathroom (locked with code) for an emergency pee. Similar to the other location, this girl also refused, and was also rude about it! Eventually, all she would say was nope store policy store policy. I can understand not letting drunks and homeless people from trashing the bathroom, but not letting a CHILD take an emergency pee is a pretty bad policy... not to mention downright CRUEL. We had run him across Canal Street to Shake Shack where they let him pee in their bathroom (also locked)... like any reasonable business/person should do. Do not give your money to this business. There are dozens of better places to eat within a 5 minutes walk where they don't treat people like trash.

Best chicken! Crunchy, juicy, fresh. The frozen drinks are good too. We ate here 3 nights in a row.
