This place is phenomenal ! Each bite was a bite Of juice , delicious fried chicken Where does it lose a point ? The staff, the customer service wasn't the best. They just look so annoyed having to be there

Over charged and was not even given what I had ordered! Biscuit looked to be half eatin and spit back into plate then served to me. I have contacted corporate twice who refuse To contact me back! I have pictures and Receipts. Please check your food before ordering and leaving. There is no direct number to call this place either.

Said it was open on a Wednesday at 5pm. Shop is closed up and lights off. A young man had a chess board set up waiting for challengers.

Got the 3pc tender and fries combo. Best chicken outside of Baltimore I had in a minute. I know it's good cause ate the last tender this morning and it was cold AF lol. The place was busy but we got our food fairly quickly. If you're drunk and need good substance I highly recommend lol

Went on vacation with the family to New Orleans and we are having such a great time , found this gem with some of the best fried chicken I ever had , I ordered the chicken tenders that were great amazing crunch on the breading but by far the best part are the biscuits they are homemade fried biscuits with honey butter that are to die for and for the daiquiris they are great they have a daiquiri bar included with the chicken they have a wide range of options I had the electric margarita flavor that was great. First time In New Orleans and I am in love with all the amazing food options that they have on the strip and also on bourbon street.

We were super hungry after drinking on bourbon street for hours. We decided to check this location out and my goodness that chicken was good. It could've definitely been because I was starving and dehydrated because my husband said it was okay. The biscuits are super weird, but what can you expect from a chicken shack on bourbon street. I wish they had a chicken and fish combo because I got fish and my husband got chicken and we shared.

Made a fraudulent charge on our account for over $200 and don’t even have a number to contact to try and fix the issue. Avoid unless you want to get robbed. I’m plenty of other places to grab a bite to eat, not worth the trouble.

I had a fabulous experience here!! The lady working the front was so friendly and the lady working the kitchen was too!! Now it was a little pricey but that's happening everywhere unfortunately! However besides all that the chicken was to die for!!! It was so dang good I found a new favorite chicken shack!!! I love fried chicken!!! Theirs was so crunchy, juicy and flavorful!! Then they place the chicken on top of the fries where the seasoning gets all over the fries uuuuggghhhh sooooo good!!! The biscuit was just okay.

If you're willing to wait 30 mins while watching employees argue with customers, this is your place to be. If you'd like to watch your order go unnoticed come here. Even having management themselves come to us and complain about their employees. Just yo be served someone else's order who didn't pick it up. Then FINALLY receiving our food for super greasy tenders. Was excited to try but sadly disappointed with the overall experience. Granted didnt go in with 5 star restaurant but sheesh

After walking up , down and all around Bourbon st. we stopped in here for some chicken to go. OK food wise this gets a solid 5, the fried chicken was hot juicy and crunchy. The fries were also fresh and the brisket so so. It was hot and moist just the way I like it . Definitely good after a night out .

This place is the best thing I never knew I needed! First time in NOLA in the French quarter browsing for food and stumbled upon this place. There were only 2 customers inside so we were skeptical. Ordered the dark meat combo with fries and my GAWD this food satisfied every cell in my body. The chicken had an amazing crunch & flavor. Fries were delicious too. But the star of the show?! THOSE HONEY BUTTER BISCUITS. GEEZUS!! Not only did it sop up all the liquor I had but it also raised my credit score. Later that day, when we passed the restaurant, it was booming with ppl. Glad we got there earlier in the day to enjoy our food in peace. All in all, just go & mail me a biscuit. Thanks in advance.

The average marathon runner will burn over 2600 calories before crossing the threshold of their ultimate destination and, should the marathon be measured in steps between pubs, lounges, cantinas, or discotheque on Bourbon Street do they count any less? Certainly not! In order to fuel your epic steeplechase, beverage in hand, dodging the crowd, you'll need the power of deep fried, southern style chicken to go the distance, otherwise, you'll find the crowd passing you by, leaving you an also-ran, hunched over and hungry, standing in a centimeter deep puddle reflecting the neon lights of your next mile that you lacked the energy to pursue because you decided to keep running with your gaslight on and opted not to partake in a lifesaving pit stop at the open-all-night Willie's Chicken Shack and let the world famous "Tiny" be your ambassador to completing your quest to finish the Bourbon Street marathon on your feet and not in that puddle.
