Great frozen hurricane! The small ($13, plus tax) was big enough I was able to save some for another day!

Ok Now Willie's on Bourbon Street was definitely a vibe. The great music and the delicious aromas. I got a souvenir cup there filled with the 190 proof and by the time I was done walking on Bourbon Street it had definitely kicked in. This spot is amazing the food is spectacular and people are ok. Will definitely have to visit again whenever I'm back in New Orleans!
