The front area is nasty and dirty. The staff was in the kitchen fussing over an order. They was loud and obnoxious while customers was waiting on they food. My food took even longer than expected to come out. This place went down from how it use to be. On top of all this the flies are bad and nets everywhere in here. Never again.

Wish I could give ZERO stars. They are completely unprofessional. I ordered online, went to pick up the food and they were closed during business hours. I called to get my $100 refund because they charged my card and confirmed the order and was told that the store wasn’t closed, they just wasn’t taking orders. Lol which is a lie because I was physically there and the place was CLOSED. They refused to give me my refund and told me that I would have to go through a third party company in order to get my money because I ordered online. The worker was completely unbothered and did not care that I was inconvenienced. The owner also rudely TEXTED my personal phone about the matter. I will never support this business again.

OMG???I wouldn’t recommend this unprofessional place to anyone I’m all for supporting black businesses but this place is not it First of all 4-12-24 @5:15 my husband purchased Lemon pepper 6 piece with fries smaller than nuggets for $15 gets home chicken so salty I said they must’ve had a bad day went back on 4-14-24 @12:40 ordered three plates for $42.27 fries were soft and wet with lemon pepper chicken more salty I told my husband I’m I try supporting and I told my daughter not to order anything from that spot teenager with a hard head 4-15-24 she orders that salty plate behind my back AGAIN this time she says mommy my head hurts I didn’t listen I opened that plate it looks like they pour the seasoning on top the chicken it was so salty my dogs didn’t even want it I drives there and ask for the manager with my recording on and mention we supported this business 3 days in a row spending $74 for horrible food black net inside that red punch ?that was super sugary asked for the owners name email and phone number the worker lies to my face and says she didn’t know it but took my information down on a piece of paper she ripped off I knew she disregarded it once I left cause I told her I was gonna report this!!! Anyone suffering from pressure problems and diabetes needs to stay away from here!!! I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE ????Their located on HOLIDAY Dr in NEW ORLEANS

Eleshia is a horrible “server”. Whoever worked front counter and answered phones on feb 25 was smart by the mouth when asking simple questions. When trying to cancel she said she couldn’t do it in the store and we didn’t see an option online so being forced to purchase the food we waited in front the store. Spent a literal hour out there then she calls thirty minutes into the hour and say oh we weren’t gonna make it cause we thought you canceled after my ole man had just walked out of there. We were told 12 minutes that whole hour? food was okay wings are small
